The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very nice and very fresh, all in all great value for the money , the rooms are big and bright with a lovely view of the pool and the sea

The standard of a four-star hotel is on the newly renovated side, so although the hotel is not new, the room is very new and clean. It is on the beach and the surrounding environment is also good, but the room faces inland

Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm. The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing. The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed. The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours. We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

Before we came here in full honesty we were a little apprehensive having read some of the reviews. However, the Atlantica Bay has in fact exceeded our expectations in all areas and we had an amazing relaxing holiday Service: The people here go above and beyond, always offering friendly and attentive service. Especially the waiters around the pool you literally get your drinker topped up every 15 minutes without moving an inch. Every member of staff we encountered was very friendly and clearly enjoyed their job Food: We were a little worried with there being only 1 ala carte and a buffet. However do not worry the food quality here is exceptionally high and in a 7 night stay we literally did not eat the same thing twice in any meal. Great range of choices. Entertainment: This hotel does entertainment to the max, Ged and his team work so hard with loads of entertainment available throughout the day there is something for everyone. They also do not pressure or pester you if you dont wish to take part which is refreshing. Location: I would suggest those moaning about the location of the hotel do their research. There is plenty nearby a short 15-20 minute walk takes you to some amazing ancient ruins. 5 minute walk takes you to a super market, 15 minutes in the other direction takes you to a lovely harbour and blue flag beach. And a 25 minute ride on a bus which runs every 15 minutes takes you to central Limassol and the old town. Facilities: Nice and modern and well maintained, additionally we saw reviews of people describing the grounds of the hotel as grey concrete. I feel like these people were stopping in a different hotel because the hotel has plenty of lovely green areas especially around the pool Just one other thing to mention we were a little worried about the amount of cats mentioned in the reviews. These are clean, well looked after and leave you alone unless you invite them to you.

Just recently back from a weeks stay with family. Very nice grounds and while the beach area is not huge or has much sand, the sea was very clear,calm and clean (blue flag rated) the calm waves made swimming really enjoyable and relaxing , lovely pool areas too and the separate divide of pools and beach areas for children and adults is good and for those who understandably may not want to be around noisy children ! Very good kids club with daily activities and staff who interact and get involved, Tiffany , Stephanie and Theodora were amazing with my daughter , thank you !! children at the club even got a little gift bag with toys ! If you can, I would advise room with balcony, we asked for this as the rooms facing the main road were slightly noisy and not very pleasant views looking out onto a busy main road. Nice path along the resort for people to walk along , we did this to visit other restaurants at other hotels along the beach , to your left you can also walk to ruins and another beach ( unfortunately we did not get the time to do this, really wish we did now from what others have said), also approx. 15 mins car/taxi journey to the main town/marina, well worth a a visit, if also like us you like to get out of the resort too. Overall really nice hotel with friendly staff and facilities, only one slight disappointment was sometimes we felt a little rushed to eat our breakfast as we like to go down later / towards the end and a few times we were told we had to finish up as are preparing for lunch soon (whereas previous 5* hotels we stayed at this has never been the case and never felt rushed to finish up), also a member of staff told us we were not allowed to bring food up with us to the room, despite us trying to explain my husband was in his room, he still proceeded to tell us not to do this , I responded and made it quite clear we were not happy about that I felt he needed some training in customer service, he eventually backed off ( was like being told off), as a previous member of staff offered to take it to our rooms..as would be expected in a 5 start hotel. Concierge and baggage handlers very nice and helpful , especially Michael (i think his name), who has worked their for 35 years ! really chatty and helpful guy ,!

Nice hotel, great location, spacious and clean rooms. There are questions about serving food in the restaurant, and the buffet is not very varied. I would not recommend taking full meals other than breakfast. Spa zone great also

I sit writing this on our last night sipping on our final cocktails! Before arriving we were a little worried due to some of the reviews however we have had the best time here at Atlantica Oasis. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, the rooms are spacious, plenty of storage and again spotless. The balcony is very small but that didn't impact our holiday in the slightest. The pool is great, shallow in most parts so it's great for kids. The pool bar serves cocktails, soft drinks, wine, fizz and hot drinks and there's a water machine to fill up bottles to prevent the amount of bottled water wastage, saving the environment, brilliant idea. There's a fantastic snack bar that serves sandwiches, toasties, fresh cakes etc throughout the day aswell as the main restaurant at lunch time. The food in the main restaurant is probably the best all inclusive I've ever had, delicious and lots of choice. You also get the choice of a la carte, BBQ, Italian, and Greek night, which were all delicious too. The staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to ensure you have the best holiday. Niki and Ashleigh are none stop with activities for both adults and kids, they're a credit to this hotel. Evening entertainment is also really good, we were pleasantly surprised, the illusionist was our favourite! Management also send invitations to attend a cocktail hour which was a really nice touch and worth going, some special cocktails and nibbles as a Thankyou to guests. We did venture out but the local area is quite run down and there's not much around but the hotel has everything you need under one roof so again it didn't impact our holiday. There are cats around, we loved them, they're so friendly but they don't bother you unless you feed them like we did! We had a truly amazing time, don't listen to the negative reviews.
