主要是我提前預訂的並且提前就告知已經升級房型了希望當天能夠準備好房間、商家那邊也是同意了連訊息都發給我了，我入住的時候還問了前台那個小姐姐她説是的然後還備註了需要安靜一點的結果進去房間之後還是原本的房間，打電話卻告知我沒有房間給我升級了，其實如果提前告訴我我都不會説什麼我本來就是住在石門這一邊的衹是過生日回來想住一次酒店結果就是心裏很不舒服最起碼應該提前告知我，或者在入住前跟我説一聲沒辦法升級但是卻在同意我備註的需求和兑換的升級房型並且辦理完入住才告訴我滿房了沒有單間可以升級，這些都算了説是以安靜為主、然後又陪禮道歉我也就算了衹是讓平台把我兑換的權益取消了、但是我本來累了一天躺下休息後差不多10點多的樣子就一直敲我房間門，我直接被吵醒了開門説我叫了他們幫我洗衣服但是我並沒有打電話叫他們幫我洗衣服、本來睡眠就不好早上也是外面又個大型車輛的喇叭聲吵醒了六點就起床了
