The positive:the rooms are functionnal, good bedding, crisp air con, WIFI working, hotel is tidy. Room for improvement: The restaurant and bar: food is average at best. severla items are running out and are not available( ie : draught beer on a saturday evening- sliced bread on a thursday @20:30 depsite the restaurant advertising promotions on sandwiches). My biggest issue was with Breakfast: coffee machines ( both) out of order on a few occasions- shortage of juice- stale pastry on a sunday morning(!??). Room cleanlyness: small details such as water marks on the balck painted door of the bathroom ( not a train smash- it just gives a negative impression). Overall an ok business hotel on a budget, nicely located in the cneter of Abidjan.
In general, the hotel is good, but since I came to the hotel late, I couldn't find anyone at first, the taxi driver helped me and the hotel manager came.
The type of breakfast is very fixed and the hygiene is guaranteed. The room is small and the facilities are a bit old. There are bus stops around, and the staff is slightly mixed. There is security check in the hotel, the lobby can be exchanged for Western France, the euro exchange rate is good, the dollar is not good.
The city hotel is still new, the service is nothing to say, the free airport shuttle, all aspects are good, the breakfast is also very good, there is nothing around, no one on weekends.

We stayed at Lepic Villa for a week in January of 2019 and had an incredible experience. The rooms, the decor, the thought put into the hotel, and the history and architecture are stunning. The peacocks wandering around are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the pool and staff are lovely. The owners of the hotel, Yohannes and his family were impeccable hosts to our group and I couldn't have asked for a better trip. I would recommend this hotel 1000% and can't wait to visit again!

Very Good
王王The environment is very good, many choices for breakfast, fresh ingredients and even better dinner! Authentic French cuisine is not expensive! The service was satisfactory, and the staff arrived to solve the problem in a few minutes. The hotel I will choose every time!
Hello. My hotel reservation was done by the company and sent to the hotel with PO on 2nd Nov 2022 for the period 4th Nov till 11th Nov. I came on the 4th for the check-in. The receptionnist told me that during the period 4th Nov till 11th Nov, there are days that there is no room for me. I was sad since they had at least two days to inform the company before I came. I asked to talk to the manager. The receptionnist spoke with him and they give me the room for this period. It is bad experience with the recpetion (For Azalai: Review your customer interface and interaction management). Second thing: during the breakfast, I asked if the hotel can serve ”Bissap Juice, a well known juice in Abidjan), the restaurant chief told me that they can bring it to me with non-friendly manner and that we can not accomodate all the cusotmer. I waited for the juice but without getting it. I can agree that we can accomodate all the customers, but the manner counts. The Restaurant staff should be well trained in Soft-Skills.
GGuest UserComing into SEEN Hotel as an English speaking couple, it was a pleasant surprise to be welcomed at the reception by Benjamin, a multilingual concierge who turned out to be a brilliant reflection of what the hotel is: Welcoming, Refreshing, Warm, and Riveting. I can say that we had a really lovely time and we truly felt SEEN & heard. Keep up the good work guys. And thank you, Monsieur Benjamin Youzan!
I am delighted to have stayed at this hotel in Abidjan. The location is very convenient, given its proximity to department stores and the multitude of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely welcoming, cheerful and professional, which greatly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a good stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice and convenient place to stay in Abidjan
DDavid LRude staff, extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, aircon constantly turning off. Food is poorly prepared and unsanitary. I strongly advise booking elsewhere- not to mention expensive!! Felt unwelcome from the time we set foot in the hotel, disrespectful staff who don’t care about service. The manager also couldn’t care less about sorting out our aircon. We were told we had to stay in “executive” rooms for a higher price yet the entire hotel was empty. There was no fridge not even a mirror on the wall. Very disappointed
YYancyThe front desk staff do not listen to the concerns of guests but rather argumentative only towards protecting the interest of the hotel and never cared what your complaints are.
On the day of my arrival I was made to stand waiting for 3 Hours even though I arrived 3 Hours after the normal checking in time, they spent the 3 Hours arguing about my online payment which was already done on Trip.com yet they said they could not find the payment history when in fact they did not have the patience to read the system well and locate the payment history but rather demanded me to pay again for bookings which were actually paid online until I had to show them how to read the system to solicit the information (I had communicated with trip.com with complains and shown the payment receipt to the hotel and they still could not comply until I showed them how to read the information on their own computer;before I could be allowed to check in).
Also, at breakfast, I was made to pay again after I have booked a room with two breakfast included but hotel refused to understand and even after showing the booking information on the system which clearly indicated Breakfast X2 per day so I ended up paying again for the breakfasts to avoid embarrassment.
The restaurant staff were very unprofessional and careless about hygiene (the bread spoon had fallen to the floor and one of them picked it and dropped it right back into the breadbasket without replacing or cleaning it before putting it back into the breads).
”DO NOT DISTURB” signage meant nothing to the cleaning team who continuously banged on the door because they wanted to iron or pick up your laundry even without you making a previous request for such services.
I have never seen in any part of the world where hotel staff compete with hotel guests to take the lifts (elevator) leaving the guests waiting for the next ones (hahahaha).
Staff were unfriendly and rude.
BBARCUS M.KANWEAY JR.I was fortunate to be here for two nights, yet the payment goes for 3. I left because I found a ticket early than my departed time!
Good management and poor Wi-Fi service, overall I have have a very blessed time of my stay!
