Bom ambiente, bom atendimento, boas instalações, enxoval super limpo, café da manhã com grande variedade de opções. Uma ressalva quanto ao carpete nos corredores dos apartamentos, que pode afetar hóspedes com rinite alérgica. Sala de ginástica bem modesta, pouco equipamento, a piscina aparenta ser bem cuidada. Reclamei do barulho da porta “vai e vem”, ao lado do apartamento, e prontamente ofereceram outro quarto, longe da entrada do corredor. Também solicitei “late checkout “ e pude sair 13:30, em vez de meio dia.

O atendimento na recepção foi bom, os corredores lembram um hospital antigo, a porta era barulhenta ao abrir e fechar, o quarto estava limpo, as roupas de cama estavam bem desgastadas, TV e ar funcionavam normalmente! Não tem frigobar, o chuveiro estava ok, não tem box, usa cortina plástica, particularmente detesto! Café da manhã muito, muito fraco... Pão francês, pão de forma, torrada, presunto, mussarela, manteiga e geleia. Café e leite. Estacionamento ok!

We waited until 6:34, and we went to the kitchen door to see what was going on, and they were talking there; we just said we had a deal, and they released to take breakfast. Passamos o Reveillon com minha familia neste hotel. Gostamos muito, de todos os pequenos detalhes que tem esse hotel. Lembra muito um resort de otima qualidade. Camas, lencois, chuveiro, o quarto como um todo maravilhoso. O atendimento no geral muito bom, desde a recepcao ao pessoal da piscina e restaurante. A comida uma delicia. Festa de Reveillon tambem adoramos, decoracao, musica, ambiente e ate a recrecao . Superou muito nossa expectativa. Hotel nota 10. Voltaremos com concerteza
