Find the Cheap Istocna Ilidza Hotels

The hotel is located in Lukavica just a little outside of Sarajevo. With the taxi from the city center it costs about 5-6 Euro, from hotel to city center it is about 4 Euro (is located at the different taxi prices in RS and FBH). Wi-Fi available and good, rooms clean, even though there was only a broken toilet brush with me. Beds ok, TV with many programmes (also international). Heating has worked very well, unfortunately too warm and without closing. Reception friendly and fast (in the 1st floor). 24h occupied reception. Minibar also in the 1st floor. Rooms prices are ok and appropriate. Breakfast is rich, but here is a considerable potency for dessert. You can let it pass, but in fact not. Bosnians are good hosts, why don't they show it at breakfast in this hotel? A sort of cheapest white bread, although this country can make such great bread, egg food has been there for 2 hours and are like rubber (at the number of guests that were there, you could have been preparing it freshly), The two ladies sitting on a table, referring to the rubber-like eggs, denied the demand for a omlet as an impossible challenge. The question of black tea (which is very common in Bosnia) was dealt with with the notice that there would be 10 tea varieties available. (It is true that there were more than 10 varieties of fruit tea and black tea with chimt, but no normal black tea).... etc. all wasn't dramatic, but couldn't be what it could be. Since the hotel is quite far outside and can certainly also need more customers, you might need to consider how to get a positive relief. After I was looked at ”special wishes” twice in fact only incredulous, I gave up... but it happens sometimes wonders. I hope it for the hotel, because it still has potential.

I had an absolute brilliant stay at the Grad Hotel. Certainly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been. Room was cleaned every day thoroughly well. Even the toilet was sanitized every day, and including new towels every single day !! Beds were also of a very high standard. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. When it was raining they offered me an umbrella, great !! Breakfast included.

Let me tell my experience in Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana. We stayed as couple last January. We didn't expect the room was really huge. 2 bedrooms - 1 masters bedroom and 1 is normal room. 2 washroom. They have everything. As expecting that it is aparthotel. You will never feel that you are away from home. Washing machine, big fridge, stove, winter halter machine, toast master, dining set and soooo on. I'm very impressed. All staffs are attentive and friendly. Bosmal will never disappoint you because it is located in the heart of the city. Just walk a little bit and you will find everything you need for. Go by bus and they will guide you. Not even, bosnian people are very very friendly. I really recommend this place especially on winter time to spend your holiday here. And never forget to choose Bosmal Rotana if you want to experience an exceptional stay and service. We are eagerly to come back next winter. Came to Bosnia and with little notice booked this place. Pleasantly surprised by how warm, well presented and inviting the rooms were. Moreover, the staff were a 10/10 for service and making you feel at home. To exemplify, my baggage and that of my wife’s (along with my passport) was lost at the prior flight and didn’t make it into sarajevo. The hotel did all the liaising with the airport and treated us like friends noting “all will be okay”. Next day, the bags and passport were delivered to the hotel. Legends. Also, the staff dropped my wife and I to the train station free of charge on our way out. I highly recommend them and the hotel.

Good hotel with lovely bedroom staff,but please be careful when paying at the cafe ,as twice they attempted to charge too much,once with cash,and the other time they were attempting to charge nearly twice the correct amount on card,and could have got away with it if I had not checked properly.No apology and no manners by the cafe waiters,please be careful. I would praise the bedroom cleaners,as they were lovely and helpful.Just a pity the cafe waiters were so bad.

I came with my family to bosnia. We planned to stay at malak regency. We book deluxe suite with a connecting room. once we arrived i called the reception to send tge house keeping then after long time they arrived. I asked for tissues as there was not even one tissue box in both suite and room ! And there was only 4 hangers for clothes so i asked for more she came back with one tissue box only and no hangers when i asked where and how should i hang the clothes she was very rude and my husband asked for extra pillows she was literally screaming no no no … this is my first time facing this kind of stuff in a 5 star hotel. I am very disappointed even the suite is not that good not was i was expecting. I really don’t recommend this hotel and sure will not come again. I went to a supermarket to buy my own hangers to keep my clothes in the cabinet. What a 5 star hotel !!!

If you are looking for a distant hotel outside the city , with lots of green neighborhood and a great nearby area for the kids ,then this is your destination ! The staff are collaborative and nice , the hotel has a nice coffee outside that you can have whatever you wish . The hotel is generally clean and got nice interior and decorations if you pay attention to the details .It is a bit distant but highly recommended.

Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice. The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.

Hotel location: It is about 10 minutes' drive from the airport. If necessary, you can contact the hotel staff to help you call a car. They will be very enthusiastic to help you book, and it is much cheaper than calling a car yourself. It is less than 10 marks to go to the airport. Hotel facilities: There is a free parking lot, and there is a gas station downstairs. The hotel room is very new, the decoration style is younger, and the area is larger. Two 28-inch suitcases are spread out for easy walking. Service: The attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic, and they are eager to answer travel questions. There is no problem with English communication. The breakfast restaurant ends at 10:30. There are more food types than hotels with the same price, but they will start closing around 10 o'clock. If you go late Yes, you can ask the staff to help get some food out of the back kitchen. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high, suitable for friends who catch an early flight the next day.
