Staying at this Magnificent Old Age Hotel has so much character. The Rooms are more than Comfortable and Completely met or needs through a recovery stage. The Public Bar has such a great feel to it and the Restaurant has meals to die for. I will miss my Mash Potatoe and Double serving of gravy. The Bar Staff kept the drinks coming and the Restaurant Staff kept the Mash Potatoe coming, even before I requested it. Kayla is a Beautiful, Caring Soul that went out of her way to be there to keep on top of all the staff, making our Experience Personal and Enjoyable. But there is One Young Lady ” Emma” who stole my little heart with her Sweet, happy disposition and willingness to help all and put smile on all customers faces. Close to the airport and wonderful for an early morning flight, the hosts are very lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything was in working order. To be honest the air con was great on a hot day, and close to some to shops.

We arrived at midnight and the host was very helpful with the check-in via phone. The room and the beds were clean. The air-con and the hot water supply were nice. The only thing insufficient was not having toothbrush and toothpaste inside the room. Overall the experience was nice and I will choose to stay here next time.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Had no trouble with train noises once asleep. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. On the negative and really not that big a deal is that the undercover parking is limited and spaces not very big. Also Watch the bottom step in the dark. Miss stepped going down at 4.30am as I didn't see the bottom step and landed on my knees. Could do with a bit more lighting at the bottom of the stair.

The suite is large and comfortable, well-equipped and the environment is great. We arrived at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk enthusiastically allowed us to go to the changing room of the exquisite gym (semi-outdoor) to wash up. We stayed in the direction where we can see the stadium, but unfortunately there are no photos of the room and balcony. Nice hotel

Location is perfect close to new cruise port and airport with lots of surrounding cafes cinema and shops and a short five minute walk to river ferry for trips to Brisbane South bank and City shops Apartments are spotless and good value for money Manager Tracy is a great asset and makes it a pleasure to stay with her help and knowledge What a difference it makes when you find such a nice combination of great management, location and comfort Well done Tracy

It was already more than 10 o'clock in the evening. There was no front desk staff, and the room card was left in the password box. As a result, the hotel has two addresses. We found another address according to the map of the hotel. After several weeks, we found the room card. There is no service call. If you don't understand the map and instructions in English, or if you have problems with your room card, you will definitely not be able to enter the room at night. It is not too close to the airport for 30 Australian dollars. The room usually has a musty smell. Upgrade to the nearest airport, suggest picking other homes, not recommended
