This is not the Ritz Carlton. But it doesn't claim to be and I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and an easy walk to most everything we wanted to do in town. There's a fridge in the room and a hot pot to make instant coffee. Yes you could hear street noise at night and if people on the street are yelling you can hear it in the room. But that was temporary and only one night for a few minutes. (can't control the population...). We didn't want to drive, and this made it easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants, the grocery store, bus stop, etc. Most of the upscale hotels are much farther away so you'd have to get transportation back and forth or just stay on their property. This worked out great for us and I'd stay there again. Just know it's not the Ritz (and Alice Springs isn't Sydney)...
I stayed at YHA Alice Springs for six nights; the mixed bedroom was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful! The bathrooms and showers are clean; the common areas are clean. The location is excellent, within a few minutes from the leading shops. Thank you, Anna and Alex, for your hospitality.
I requested an upstairs room facing the car park & pool.
I live remote from Alice & am aware of issues locally.
I wanted to view my car I. The parking area & up away from the noise.
A young female receptionist who referred to me an older adult as love on arrival, proceeded to put me downstairs by the gate where I am aware of street antics.
I went back & requested a move & was moved by a polite male.
Upstairs facing my car park.
It suits me to stay there as it’s locked at night & tradies stay there & sit out chatting late giving a decreased opportunity for visitors trying to get into your unit.
I booked well ahead & clearly it was not too busy.
I am NZ Indigenous & I felt this female receptionist was quite unprofessional. I suspect decided she could treat me differently to any non indigenous person & put me anywhere.
Not liking it.
Otherwise it was my choice as restaurants & food are good.

I love this hotel, as this hotel is located in the city center. Good access to shops and supermarket. Even there are some night markets outside the hotel in some special day. Therefore, I do love the location. For the room, the room is so cozy and good! Although I don't like that there are no window in my room. However, I do love that the room is real big and comfortable. Also, there is receptionist from Hong Kong who has helped me a lot! Good!
A very pleasant place. The staff was extremely nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was rather refreshing! And the food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you guys
The hotel is quite new, the facilities are not bad, the reception desk is very warm and helpful to take the luggage to the room, you must praise one, there is a kitchen to cook, the pots and pans are complete, the sheets are not too clean, but for only one night It will be a bit.
Good budget accommodation. The kitchenette provided was good enough to get buy on. We could not leave the aircon on when not in the villa which I did not like. December is very hot day and night in Alice. The villa itself was clean and the pool is really the reason we booked having stayed before and loved the pool. A bit of a walk into town centre but doable. The reception has basic items available including alcohol. Great for families and groups and couples like us, will be staying here again. My only complaint is I stayed for 9 days and would have liked the room given a full service at least once during that time.

Compared to other similar hotels in Alice Springs, this one is the best. The service is also very attentive. I will definitely use this place next time. A reminder to students who don’t come to the Northern Territory often, don’t have too high expectations for hotels in the Northern Territory. After all, it is a remote area of Australia, and Australia’s transportation and labor costs are extremely high. So no matter how high-star a hotel is, it won’t be luxurious. It’s just clean, comfortable, and the waiters are polite.
The host's friendly reception, smooth check-in, everything was perfect. Friendly, detailed guide at check-in. Also, during my stay, I was very considerate. The hostel was clean and well organized, so I wanted to come again.
Thank you for your warm consideration. I felt the happiness of the trip at a clean, well-organized hostel

Olive Pink Botanic Garden
TTodemmyStayed two nights at the Palm Valley Camp while exploring the Palm Valley area of the national park. Towing a camper trailer: All the reviews are concerned about the access on the Fink River, but driving slowly (40kph) and our low-speed road tire AWD SUV is unharmed (I wouldn’t recommend this arrangement for those who want to drive faster). The campsite is great: you can't book it, so it's a first come, first served, and can be filled quickly in the peak season. There is an overflow area. They also allow for a daily area (high-passage vehicles are required) along the tracks leading to Palm Valley during peak hours. We got there early and were able to find prime location overlooking the river, there was a big puddle on the campground. Really lovely campground facilities were good, including showers
Kings Creek Station
浪浪子ppbThe weather was bad when I went, it was actually cloudy. But there are as many fruit flies, buzzing around people, and it is not enough without fly-proof yarn. This place is really Taiyuan ecology, and hiking lovers should like it.
ANZAC Hill
TTodemmyI have been here a few times to watch the sunset, enjoy the views of the bay and islands, and then enter the area. It is easy to reach the summit by car, but once there it is more difficult to walk, stay on the trail to enjoy the different views. There are also information signs, gift shops and clean toilets. The place is always crowded, so plan your trip.
Royal Flying Doctor Service Alice Springs Tourist Facility
天天才GeniusFor a vast land like the Northern Territory, the Royal Medical Flight Service is very important! And you can see this plane on the 20 Australian dollars. The so-called Royal is actually government management!
