Camere dalla pulizia ottima, nuove e dotate di tutto: cucina con piano a induzione anche se a soli due fornelli, bollitore, macchina da caffè Nespresso con capsule, tisane, the, panna per macchiare bevande e zucchero in dotazione, pentole, taglieri, sottopentola; forno, lavastoviglie (!!!), pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, detersivo per piatti, scottex, carta igienica, phon, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone mani, una Smart tv, wi-fi, un armadio all’ingresso. Manca solo l’aria condizionata, ma per essere agosto, abbiamo dormito bene perché con la finestra aperta c’era freschino! Il tutto è moderno e curato anche nei dettagli decorativi, molto carino! In più è in centro centrissimo, di fronte alla chiesa, e dietro ha il parcheggio. È stato un po’ difficile da trovare, ma basta girare attorno al punto che indica Google maps ed entrare dove c’è un’insegna di foto, nella via della posta, di fronte al negozio esoterik! Il parcheggio è gratuito e non in strada, ma in una corte. Ottimo il servizio di entrata con i codici, così ti permette di andare e venire senza dover rispettare orari!

It's amazing hotel ... A hotel I stayed in while going to Vienna, Austria. I needed a safe and spacious parking lot to move by car, but the hotel was so comfortable because it was connected to the perfect public parking lot.
Also, the location is good and there are many good restaurants nearby.

The hotel building itself is lovely and in a good central location. Our basic, double room was a bit weird though: a separate shower room and toilet, a wash basin in the bedroom and very little storage space. There was no fridge or coffee and tea making facilities. There was a desk chair, but nowhere else to sit. To make up for this however, on each floor there are a number of very nice sitting areas with comfy couches and chairs. Breakfast is delivered to the table on a two tiered serving stand. You can also order fried or scrambled eggs and help yourself to cereals and juices. A fine place for a one night stay and, all things considered, pretty good value for money.

Hotel City was convenient. We arrived by Flixbus and we just had to cross the street. Everything was fine. The reception was busy but staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but very busy. If you go to Villach be sure to reserve a restaurant! We arrived late on a Saturday and several restaurants were full. On Sundays many places are closed. We went to Landskron castle and it was nice. But we had to take a taxi because buses were not running on Sundays. Very convenient for the bike trail

GGuest UserDirectly at the Woerthersee lake. It offers clean rooms with modern furniture, breakfast, private beach, parking, fitness studio, free WiFI, pleasant staff ready to help, ... It has an excellent location for visiting the town of Velden and the lake area. A good starting point for cycling, swimming and walking. There are many shops, restaurants and a ****** near the hotel. We recommend booking directly through the hotel's website!!!

GGuest UserEduCARE Hotel is amazing. We didn’t know what to expect before we came and we were very pleasantly surprised. We got more than we thought. Staff is polite and professional. They speak fluently numbers of languages. Hotel is very well organized, it has two billiard tables, one football table, library,… Saunas and very good restaurant. I recommend everyone to take half board. It is worth. We stayed for two nights (far too little). Only thing we missed in hotel were slippers, and since we forgot to teke them from home, we bought slippers in nearby store (KIK). We were there for skiing in Gerlitzen. We could take a ski bus in front of hotel, but we choose tho go with car. Gerlitzen is a really nice ski resort. So combination with staying in EduCARE hotel and skiing in Gerlitzen was perfect.

AA-NAUKIMöbel in die Jahre gekommen aber nutzbar. Bei Erstbezug war unser Zimmer nur mangelhaft gereinigt. Teppich nicht gesaugt, Fenster und Spiegel mit Sonnencreme-Händen beschmiert. Duschwand und Dusche dreckig. Nach Bitte an der Rezeption wurde nachgearbeitet, allerdings eher sporadisch. (Die Inhaberin war sehr genervt und wies uns auf den Personalmangel hin, O-Ton: „Mei, ist der Personalmangel bei Ihnen noch nicht angekommen, jetzt um 16 Uhr erreich‘ ich eh‘ keinen mehr.“) Ebenso war unser Zimmer viel zu warm, das Öffnen des Fensters unmöglich da auf den Balkonen und Fluren immer geraucht wurde. Rolläden nicht vorhanden. Zimmer war auch sehr dunkel, Lüftung im Bad ungenügend und Kinderbett nicht nutzbar da hart wie ein Brett. Lattenroste quietschen bei jeder Bewegung, Kissen knotig. Handtücher haben keinen Frischeduft. Kühlschrank im Zimmer sowie im Speisesaal (für laktosefreie Produkte) hat einen strengen Duft beim Öffnen. Geöffnete Produkte teilweise abgelaufen oder schimmlig (Frischkäse). Da die Packungen leider nicht einzeln portioniert sind, sehr unhygienisch (im Joghurt od Frischkäse befinden sich Bröselreste der vorherigen Verwender). Beim Duschen keine konstante Wassertemperatur, Wechsel zwischen heißem und kaltem Wasser. Handtücher wurde nicht getauscht, obwohl wir einen Teil auch auf dem Boden platziert hatten, da diese definitiv nach über einer Woche ausgetauscht gehört hätten. Das Haus an sich ist beladen mit altem Sammelsurium (Bilder, Pokale, Puppen, Trockenblumen, usw.). Leider auch hier überall staubig und dreckig. Ebenso am Buffet, zuviel staubige Dekoration. Der Teppich im ganzen Haupthaus ist voller Flecken. In den Leseecken stehen aussortierte Kühlschränke, Fensterbretter voll toter Insekten, Spinnen in jeder Ecke und Blut von toten Mücken an den Wänden. Im Speisesaal und am Buffet sowie Terrasse dreckige Tischdecken, wir hatten keinen einzigen Tag eine Tischdecke ohne Flecken. Das Blumenwasser auf den Terrassentischen schimmert grün. Störend und in Zeiten des Energiesparens bedenklich ist, dass alle Flure durchgehend beleuchtet sind, auch tagsüber bei ausreichend Tageslicht. Kaputte Lampe im Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht. Die sog. Sportarena ist ein verwahrloster Tennis-/Fußball-/Basketballplatz, der nur von 9-13 Uhr mit Buchung benutzt werden kann. Die Wasserrutsche für Kinder nur von 11-17 Uhr jeweils zur halben bzw. vollen Stunde für ca. 10 Min. Eine Tischtennisplatte steht in einem Lagerraum. Das ist eine echte Enttäuschung aber keine Sportarena. Ebenso das Seebad mit einer fast auseinanderbrechenden Tischtennisplatte, ungepflegtem Rasen und wenigen Liegen. Im Pool blättert die Farbe ab und er riecht bedenklich stark nach Chlor. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, definitiv aber verbesserungsfähig, da fantasielos und lieblos präsentiert. Die Kaffeemaschine im Speisesaal ist sehr dreckig und ungepflegt, überall klebriger alter Dreck, Kaffeespritzer usw. Täglich dreckige
