Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti in occasione del ponte del 25 aprile in un appartamento accanto alla piscina, molto carino, in stile rustico. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante né del servizio colazione, quindi mi limito a parlare del posto. A noi è piaciuto tantissimo, immerso in una campagna verde e un po' brumosa perché pioveva. Il corpo principale della tenuta è un'abbazia, tutto tenuto benissimo. Molto vicino a Città di Castello (da vedere) e anche alla Toscana. Noi ci siamo spinti agevolmente fino ad Assisi. Complimenti per l'amore e l'impegno che profondete nel preservare luoghi così magici e unici.

Una grande delusione...posto molto molto bello ma purtroppo gestito malissimo. Dalla poca ospitalità, alla sporcizia e ai costi elevatissimi, basti pensare che la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, ma costa 8€ (ed io per 8€ a persona al giorno mi aspetto un buffet almeno decente) per non parlare poi di un piatto di pasta in bianco costata 12€...ma scherziamo?! Ah dimenticavo, ho chiesto un recipiente per raccogliere dell'acqua dietro il bidet (perché perdeva) mi è stata data la ciotola dove beveva il cane. Detto questo...pensateci bene prima di prenotare

il posto è molto carino ed è un peccato perché è tenuto malissimo sporco, servizi igienici non ben funzionanti, scarafaggi cimini e topini che girano indisturbati negli appartamenti cucina tenuta malissimo e le pietanze non vengono coperte per non parlare del cibo pessimo e con costi altissimi una colazione costata 8€ ma ne valeva 3€ fette biscottate stantive disponibilità di chi lo gestisce meno di 3 di sicuro non ci tornerei e soprattutto non lo consiglierei anzi lo segnalerei all'ASL

Voto: MENO 5 stelle e TANTA DELUSIONE. Famiglia di 4 persone. Al check-in ci è stato dato un appartamento diverso da quello che avevamo concordato via mail e già questo ci è sembrato segno di poca organizzazione e professionalità. Per carità può succedere, ma quello che poi ci è stato assegnato era degno di "hotel da incubo": ragni, ragnatele e forte odore di chiuso. Box doccia rotto e aggiustato malamente con lo scotch, maniglie staccate e cosi via. Per non parlare del servizio: Grosso sforzo per aggiustare lo sciacquone rotto e per aumentare la delusione, la signora delle pulizie ci consegna la pila di asciugamani puliti (12) insieme al sacco per quelli sporchi (da riempire in autonomia) sull'uscio della porta, senza neanche entrare. Inutili i tentativi di mediare con la titolare che ad ogni nostra lamentela, invece che comprendere e rimediare al disagio provocato, presentava scuse poco credibili. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Per non rovinare le ferie ci siamo trovati costretti ad andare via due giorni prima del check out pagando per intero tutti i giorni prenotati e nessun sconto per il disservizio. Assolutamente BOCCIATO
