Es un lugar muy familiar, trato super agradable, genial ubicación, limpieza de 10 y un restaurante muy muy recomendable. Es el lugar perfecto para visitar la montaña de León, disfrutar de los emplazamientos turísticos de la zona y comer bien.

La recepción muy rápida y nos atendieron fenomenal muy amable la chica. La habitación era muy acogedora y perfecta para una familia. Las camas muy cómodas. El servicio de habitación genial dejaban todo estupendamente. Sin duda volveremos algún día.

Estuvimos en este hotel y la verdad que nos llevamos una sorpresa. El hotel esta estupendo, muy limpio. El spa es un plus, si quieres descansar, y en un entorno super agradable. Cabe destacar el personal que se desvive por atenderte y el excelente restaurante donde sirven comida de la zona.

Habitacion amplia y limpia, con un gran restaurante, y posibilidad de spa privado, y zona chillout. Lo mejor la atención del personal: gracias. Magnífica ubicación, parking amplio y posibilidad de llegar andando a varios puntos de interés, restaurantes o zona de copas de Cistierna. Un acierto.

We came only for the spa, paying for a package that was more expensive because it included a 1-hour private spa session... The truth is that it was disastrous, nothing worked, the water was COLD and there was no one in the hotel or in the spa that could help us or give us a towel or information, even though we called the phone and so on. It was dirty from the previous session or the day before... Cigarette butts and towels, among other things. The room was not bad, but the shower, after leaving the spa ice cream, worked quite poorly too (the shower head was broken). And as for the breakfast buffet, it was good.
