"Seemed to me this hotel recently renovated. The main breakfast area furniture looked nice and clean. Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. The room was spacious with a sectional sofa and two queen bed. One indoor swimming pool look small, good for famliy. Breakfast typical continental buffet style. Signature made your own waffle from Comfort Suite/Inn hotel. Overall was a great stayed."

"No shampoo. Elephants upstairs. I put a towel on the chair to cover the stains. Corridor carpet was filthy and when I got off the elevator checking in, there was a crew "cleaning" the carpets. Parking was convenient and the bed was very comfortable."

"The front desk service was extremely poor and suspected of being ******. They were all smiles and friendly when speaking to white and black people, but their faces fell when they saw Asians. The first room had bloodstains on the pillow, the toilet was not cleaned properly and was disgusting, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the light kept flickering. When I told the front desk I wanted to change rooms, they stared wide-eyed at me with disbelief. After the new room was given, there were still some minor issues, but I was too lazy to bother mentioning them again."
