We stayed in here in October. Check-in desk was friendly. Was confused by the signage when you walk in as to whether this is a Comfort Suites or Mainstay Suites. Is it two hotels in one or are there 2 hotels in the same building? Just strange. Room was very new and nice. Beds were comfortable. Location is strange, not far from downtown but kind of in the middle of nowhere. It was hard to tell if we were in a safe neighborhood or not. Breakfast ******. Brown bag with an apple and a packaged muffin with a ride breakfast attendant. Would not consider that a "free breakfast", more like a pre-packaged snack. Maybe that has changed in the past couple of months.

This hotel is superb for the price point. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. The room was very clean and modern chic. I literally have no complaints whatsoever, and will stay here again if given the opportunity. The only thing that I would say is in the rooms, the tv is actually kind of small compared to the size of the room. It’s not a deal breaker but they definitely could put bigger tv’s. The room is a nice size and the tv seems a bit small for the room.

Employee at the front desk was very rude when I asked a question at check in. Floor in the room was sticky. Counter top in bathroom was not clean when I wiped it down the was cloth was dirty. Small curly hairs were in one of the “clean” towels. Shower is an open shower with glass on back 1/2 by shower head but water still splashed out on the front end all over the floor. Deadbolt didn’t lock. Bedside table had water rings on it from previous guests drinks, clearly was not wiped down. With taxes spent $206 for this room. Way overpriced for a not clean room. Also there are signs in the parking lot that state the hotel is not responsible if someone breaks into your car, which would lead me to believe cars have been broken into there.

This place has the potential to be great...good location to downtown, gated free parking area, modern, free breakfast, good WIFI...BUT IT'S NASTY!!!! The housekeeping there or lack thereof is the worst I have ever seen and we travel almost monthly!! I would have definitely not stayed here after I walked into my room but it was a late checkin for us after driving all day so we were so tired plus I had prepaid over $200 for a king suite room. We would not even walk on the floor without socks or shoes on until we were in the bed which was the ONLY thing that was clean...had clean sheets. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning pronto!!!
