Harmona Resort & Spa Zhangjiajie

Back home after our trip! The best part of this journey was definitely the hotel 🏨, with its hot springs ♨️, pool 🏊, and various ball games 🎱🏓. The off-road vehicles were an absolute blast! The environment itself felt like a scenic attraction. But the service truly stood out – the front desk lady was super helpful with calling a taxi, and the experienced driver picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the station. What really takes the cake though, is that my husband left his phone 📱 at a restaurant in a scenic area! We called the driver, and without a second thought, he went back to retrieve it and even express-shipped it home to us [Strong recommendation]. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Hetianju Resort Hotel 🏨 when you visit Zhangjiajie!

The summer vacation is almost over, so I took my child to Zhangjiajie Tianju Resort Hotel, a place I'd known about for a long time. I initially knew it had a great environment and high prices. It's been quite a few years since the new store opened, and the facilities and decor are indeed a bit old. For a high-end forest resort, I personally think the cleanliness of the common areas isn't up to par. Fallen leaves are acceptable, but not cobwebs everywhere, and there should be insect zappers outdoors. As for the 128 CNY per person buffet breakfast, it really doesn't match the price and certainly doesn't fit a high-end resort – the variety is too limited. What deserves praise are the front desk staff, who were warm and attentive, but the hotel's overall management just doesn't keep up.

I visited this hotel eight years ago, and this time, my group of eight was originally booked for a standard room but got a free upgrade to a three-story villa! We were so lucky! The hotel's environment, hygiene, and service have all improved significantly. The only slight disappointment was that the breakfast wasn't as good as before; my son was particularly sad that his favorite cream of mushroom soup was gone. Overall, it's still fantastic! 👍👍

Two out of the three rooms have bathtubs. The living room is perfect for friends to game together, though the table is a bit small. One person had to sit at the coffee table in the living room, but according to them, sitting on a cushion on the floor there was more comfortable than at the dining table. If there are more people, the card room is also an option.

Staying at Wotianju this trip was a delightful surprise! It's incredibly close to all the attractions, basically within ten minutes. We drove there ourselves, and the hotel itself is unbelievably huge – you even need to drive to get around inside! The front desk also gave us a free room upgrade, which made us really not want to leave. The hotel pays attention to details everywhere: the butler service is super responsive and on-call, the welcome fruit was chilled, and even a simple blanched lettuce at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. You can tell the chef really knows their stuff – it was fresh and not greasy. You could easily just stay at the hotel for all your eating, drinking, and entertainment needs. There's a huge lawn, and reading a book and having tea by the river under the trees was just incredibly relaxing; time just seemed to slow down. After dinner, we'd go swimming and then soak in the hot springs. Honestly, even though it's an outdoor hot spring, the cleanliness was excellent. Back where we're from, a hot spring of this quality for two people would cost about the same as a night's stay! I forgot my facial cleanser when we left, and the butler even arranged for SF Express to send it home – absolutely perfect! You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the hotel's construction, design, and staff management. I would definitely come back to Zhangjiajie just for this hotel again. A hundred points!

First off, I have to commend the hotel's service. From the airport pickup, every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. The room was super clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, there's a daily shuttle service to the attractions. The entire hotel environment is excellent, with beautiful scenery, and there's even an outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommend!
