One earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not.
I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert "housekeeping". I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem.
Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use.
Staff is always very accommodating.
I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved.

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable, im staying here for 5 days, staff also friendly and quick respond to anything i requested, very recomended place to stay,
