火把節提前定了兩晚，跟圖片差距好大，衞生堪憂，電視沙發椅窗簾都很臟，衞生間最惱火了，水箱壞了沒修，放了個臉盆開始不知道幹嘛後來才懂拿來沖廁所，但有個長者家服務挺好的，幫我提了個行李上三樓，沒有牙杯和拖鞋床邊沒有充電的地方，這要不是火把節怕是沒人去住，本來定兩天實在住不下退了一天，退房時遇到個老大哥問我房間有沒有拖鞋我説我這間也沒有，他説洗澡也沒熱水，他定了半個月錢已經付前台了不好退，還好我是平台訂的。希望酒店好好的提升自己我訂的還叫豪華標間

環境很不好，房間裏面還有味道，拖鞋都是黑的，被子有味道，感覺好久沒有人住過一樣很灰，睡在床上很癢，洗手間臭死了🤮，感覺是好久沒有打掃，位置也不好，在楚雄邊上，晚上還有拉貨的高鐵在跑，很吵，很難入睡。🥴
