호텔시설 하나에 운영사가 4곳인 호텔로 운영사별로 특장점이 있는 곳 같습니다. 위치는 근화동 이디오피아 기념관 건너편, 공지천과 소양강을 조망할 수 있고 구도심과 신도심 접근이 가능한 곳에 소재하고 있습니다. 시설이 깨끗해서 그런지 가족 단위 방문객도 매우 많고 호텔내에 컨벤션과 레스토랑, 편의점 등이있어 나름 편리했던 곳으로 기억됩니다 ^^
