管家服務不到位，不如其他地中海，對已經告知的人數並未提供相應數量的用品。麻將室未開放，理由是缺牌具。環境還是不錯的，周圍有適合親子的活動樂園。工作人員熱情禮貌但服務並未到位。

還沒入住，椰子管家就很貼心的服務，各種細節very nice；房間很大設施很好很乾凈，窗外的景觀也很美，自助早餐也很good；小朋友也很開心，吃完飯還做了手工，還有電影；唯一不足的就是衹待了一晚，行程比較趕，還沒好好享受；下次還要選擇club med度假村，好好享受；

房間很大，服務也不錯，用的洗浴產品都很香香的，活動也很豐富，特別是GO椰子，草莓姐姐，柚子姐姐，荔枝姐姐，都很有愛心，帶小朋友玩的很開心，下次來千島湖，還會選擇clubmed

千島湖深處，縣城中心過去開車還要40多分鐘，可以隱居。酒店服務很高，房間也還不錯，但酒店內公共設施空間不大，周邊吃飯可選擇少。有個付費的户外樂園不錯，不用排隊

首先要非常感謝管家椰子，剛剛定好房就主動聯繫我告知酒店活動等訊息還幫我升級了一下房型👍
其次回到酒店設施，房間就不用説了因為幫我們升級了房型，所以住的是套房，設施和景觀都很棒。酒店的餐飲也對得起這個品牌。活動就和各個clubmed一樣豐富多彩，但是不得不提一句，孩子的遊樂空間可以做的更大一些，設施也可以多一點。同時酒店就在千島湖邊上，可以試着開發一下釣魚活動嘛。
大致就這樣吧，以後去其他clubmed體驗後再寫體驗了

酒店環境沒的説，依山傍水，親近自然，雖然天公不作美，但心情美麗。小童設施都很完善，室內項目和活動組織的很棒，GO都很熱情，孩子玩的很盡興。特別感謝Erica，接待熱情，溝通訊息回覆及時。總結這是一次完美的週末假期！
