Comfort Inn Chula Vista San Diego South

My stay here at the Comfort Inn has been a very relaxing and enjoyable one for me and my family. We were given lodging at the Comfort Inn due to the severe flood damage that happened in January taking away our whole lives work and sentimental personal items. It has been a easy transition here the whole staff and management have been curtious amicable friendly and professional. We got close with all the staff and became a new part of my family and I will miss them but I will also come back and say hello. Shout out to Manager Reina, Supervisor Norlyn, Staff: Alexis, Alicia, Rocio, Erendira, Verenice, Magadelena, Steve, Art (Arturo), Maintenance guys Ramon and Manuel.

They had high quality towels I didn't send and checked clean the rooms are nice. However they charge $20 To stay in the same room even if you have a reservation for the next day which Makes this little sense considering that you're paying for another day And to fulfill a request that should be free and Penny pinch to get as much money out of you as they can. It's a stupid hidden fee that they should really not really not have and it makes me not wanna stay here in the future.

Everything was ok except they don’t clean the floors of the room. My feet were black after walking around! The entire stay. It was totally gross. I had to wear socks all the time. The hallways and staircases could also use a good power washing. Also the room we had was supposed to be handicap accessible… But you had to go down sets of stairs to get to the room so I don’t know how they can call that handicap accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

So for starters, check in time is 3:00pm, I showed up at 4:15pm, come to find out there was no rooms ready til 1hr and a half later & by the looks of it, my boyfriend and I weren’t the only one that had to deal with this. It was definitely an inconvenience, however they did offer a later check out of 2pm so we took what we could. Now as far the hotel itself, it was very very clean! There was no complains on that end, beautiful! Aside from getting a late room, the hotel met both of our needs. We’ll definitely be recommending & staying again.

Very clean. Close to the school, there is a shopping center near Chula Vista, two outlets are also very close, and there are countless large supermarkets. . . . The boss family is very friendly. . Although the entire building is already very old, the price inside is very clean. . . The omelet for breakfast is especially delicious! ! ! But remind new people to stay in the United States, American hotels do not have toothpaste toothbrushes and slippers, so remember to bring your own! ! !

When I saw this hotel I knew I was in luck. The location was pretty much perfect for me, right next to the freeway and also a bunch of fast food near by such as toco bell and McDonald’s and lots more. The customer service was top tier. The room was very clean and nice the bed was nice and welcoming. I stayed there for about 2 weeks, and I didn’t see any roaches and other insects in my room. The floor was also nice and clean the micro way and fridge and stove were all working to make my favorite food anytime I need. This hotel also offers free breakfast, and I was so happy because my last one didn’t. This hotel is amazing definitely coming back again.
