The old gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic, polite and took the initiative to introduce the attractions of Christchurch. The hotel was convenient and there was a small electric heater in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was close to the city, which was good.

There is a parking space and a small kitchen in the room. It is very close to the botanical garden and can be walked. You can drive to New World to buy and cook for yourself.
The room is very quiet and the hygiene is also good

My second stay at Tuscana- great location, short walk to many fabulous restaurants, and the owners are welcoming and informative. Rooms are comfy, very clean and great for a longer stay with plenty of room.

I think it is looking a bit tired but it suited our purposes.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, pillows and lounge chairs, helpful friendly hosts, what was not to like about this property. In addition, secure off street parking and walking distance to restaurants and city sights. Will not hesitate to recommend.
