Beautiful property with serene surroundings and lake at the back. Comes huge with bathtub and private garage. Bed undoubtedly is cosy and all packed with even microwave. Recommended for sure!!!

It's close to the airport and only takes 10 minutes by car, but it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. The rooms are very old-fashioned and dark. If you book a garden room, you have to be mentally prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

It's about 20 minutes' drive from the center of Christchurch, but only 8-10 minutes' drive from the airport. The environment is beautiful, parking is available, and it is suitable for self-driving tours.
It may not be suitable for families with elderly people. Because it is a villa, there are two stairs from parking to the room, which is very troublesome if you have large luggage. There was dew in the morning and evening, making the ground and stairs slippery.
Room cleanliness was average, there was a hair on the sheets.
The room equipment is older. When booking, the picture indicated that there was a bathtub, but it was not available when I checked in.
