The room and facilities were standard, and there was a lot of premium during the National Day holiday, so I could only accept it reluctantly.
However, I lost a windbreaker in the hotel. I went back and called to ask on the morning of the third day, but the whole hotel denied it. I called and emailed them while traveling in the South Island to ask them to help find it. The reply every day was no. Finally, one day before returning to China, I went to negotiate on the spot. There were guests in the room, and I didn’t make any unreasonable requests at all.
I just asked if I could go to the storage room to check, in case there was a mistake in language communication or information transmission, it might still be found.
I didn’t expect to be rejected directly, and the reason was still ridiculous for the safety of the items.
If I trust all these hotel staff, it means that even thieves will enter their hotel.
Recently, New Zealand’s economy has declined a lot, and its attitude towards Chinese people is also average. It welcomes Chinese people to go there just to travel and consume.
I hope to remind everyone that I will definitely not go to this store again

The location is good, next to the botanical garden. Parking at the hotel is free. The room is quite nice, clean and exquisite, and the service attitude is very good. They patiently answered all my questions. Unfortunately, it was only a short stay for one night.
