The floors were filthy…feet and socks turned black. Mold on ice machine..breakfast cold…no pancake mix. Our room had some kind of broken tiles with sharp pieces and looked as if it had been there a while🤔not enough wash clothes compared to towels in bathroom

Absolutely horrible stay. The room was changed 3 times. As a guest, was not aware that the hotels parking lot was being re- tarred. The 119 room was located right next to all of this. Between the smell flaring up my asthma and allergies and the noise, we had to try to find another room. The Girl was nice, I didn't catch her name. She showed me another option that was hopefully better. The hotel was still permeated with the smell. We hurriedly switched to 231. Because of the move, we were running late to our event. We dropped off stuff off and had to leave. When we arrived back later that night, I discovered the King mattress was completely shot, huge holes and lumps where the springs came through. It wasn't just one area. It wasn't possible to sleep on it. So called the front desk again, explained what happened. Said he was booked up and was trying to find another option to just sleep in for the night. Ours was booked prior from Thursday through Saturday. We didnt keep our stuff in the other room, definitely did not feel comfortable to do so. We moved again to 217 I believe. We ended up with 2 double beds. There was a issue with the beds and lamps vibrating all night long. I am not sure if there was a electrical room next to it. The TV didnt work, soneone came up and looked at it. Either way, very disappointing stay. Lack of sleep and more did not help. And did not get the type of room I specified. I was not able to check out early and leave. All other places were booked, or else I would have completed a early check out. Choice Hotels has my complaint on file too. Something needs to be done. I hope no one else goes through this.

The location is easy access to highway. Room is clean as well as great breakfast for the price. Check-in was fast and easy with great personality.

The room was just okay. The TV wouldn’t work initially so we had to get the front desk gall to come down and get it started. She was very friendly that shouldn’t be necessary. Also the refrigerator in the room did not work. She offered to get us another room but since we were only staying 1 night and we had all of our stuff in the room already we declined. The room was not set up great either because the bathroom door didn’t close without pushing it past the refrigerator which was right outside the door. Only good thing was the bed was pretty comfortable

Our toilet stopped working and the lady behind the check in counter moved us to another room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good....there weren't many people staying at the hotel while we were there so breakfast hadn't been refreshed, but was still good.

This hotel was a disaster! Upon arrival, our check-in took 45 minutes. The hotel staff was having a Christmas party off location and had called in a temporary worker at 1:30 PM that day. She had 15 minutes of training so she had no clue what she was doing. It was not her fault. The manager was on the phone trying to talk her through it when he should have just came back. We didn’t get a room key, the temporary worker just used her master key to let us into a room. When we finally got to our room, we realized they gave us an accessible room, which we did not need. We wanted to save that room for someone who might need it, so we had to go to the front desk again and try to get a new room. We are from Canada and were so looking forward to this trip and this experience really put a damper on things for us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are so disappointed with the customer service. The temporary worker did apologize which we appreciate but we did not hear anything from the manager as he was too busy at the Christmas party.

It was clean and good staff. They gave us a handicapped room, I wasn’t very pleased about it. Showed head seems to need change.

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean.
