The hotel environment is very good, but the facilities and equipment still need to be improved, and the service awareness needs to be strengthened. The room hygiene is average. The dishes need to be improved. The service staff have communication problems due to age issues. Travel photography experience: It's okay, but the result is very good. It's still a good family travel photography experience.

The service was very considerate. I would like to thank Xiao Yang for calling in advance to inform me of the weather and traffic conditions. I originally booked a regular comfortable king-size bed, but was upgraded to a landscape king-size bed, where I could directly enjoy the prairie, which was a much better experience. However, there was heavy fog in the past few days, so I forgot to turn off the fog lights at night. The next day, the car ran out of power and couldn't start. They quickly helped me contact a car to get a lift. I was very satisfied with this trip to Fairy Mountain.

The five-star hotel on the mountaintop grassland is better than expected. The service is very thoughtful. The front desk Xiao Wei meets the needs of guests anytime and anywhere, and the cleaning lady is also honest and returned the lost bracelet to us. The hotel is also conveniently located, separated by a wall from the grassland.

仙女山上的老牌酒店，服務很不錯，特別是前台小魏服務非常熱情周到，原生態的石林很棒，還有觀景平台可以俯瞰大草原。酒店後門也是直通大草原，沒有小火車也可以走進去，很方便

酒店位於仙女山核心地段，距大草原很近，氣温比山下低6一8度，環境特別好，房間靠着紅楓石林，空氣清新，前台小雪的服務很好，有需要都能及時解決，還幫我們把行李提到房間，提醒我們用早餐，很方便體驗感很好，下次下雪的時候還會再來。

服務非常好，在店期間提醒用早餐等等，前台小劉非常熱情周到，超級滿意，山上風景也很棒，下次下雪了再來看雪景！
