起初是一個很美好的故事 一個小女孩開開心心的去看演唱會 我帶了一條新買的睡衣去 但沒有想到會發生這樣的事情
我離開重慶的時候把睡褲落在酒店裡了 我就去問酒店有沒有看到 他們一開始説沒有看見這條褲子 後來又説找到了 後來寄給我之後我打開發現褲子上面全是油漬和污漬 根本洗不掉 我就問酒店 酒店那邊就説在被子裏面找到的 找到的時候是乾淨的 那我就去核實快遞那邊 快遞員説拿到的時候就是濕的了 説明酒店這邊在跟我撒謊啊 找到的時候肯定已經是臟的了啊 而且為什麼會有那麼多油 我有理由懷疑酒店的人把褲子隨便扔到什麼地方去了 然後一直協商無果 酒店也不迴應 拒不賠償 後來我聯繫了攜程的客服 他們聯繫酒店酒店也是説不賠償 沒有賠償方案 最後還是攜程這邊給了我一定的賠償
酒店就是不想負責任 死不承認 快遞都承認了這個褲子就是濕掉的了 還是死不承認 真的不是很理解這個酒店的做法 大家避雷 而且酒店隔音特別差
