The location is convenient; near the subway station, near the tourist attractions, a few stops away from the railway station and on the same line as the airport. The breakfast was great. We also had lunch at the hotel, the prices were reasonable and I recommend the hamburger. The only problem was the steak lunch- it comes with nothing else. My husband had to complain to get chips and salad which should be standard with a steak order. They were not very flexible with a late check-out, which was disappointing. They wanted to charge for half a day but I only needed 2 hrs.

I came to Chongqing with my friends and happened to choose this newly opened Holiday Inn. The overall service was quite satisfactory. The rooms were very new and had no smell. The room I stayed in had a nice view of the lake. It's very convenient to eat downstairs. I went shopping with my friends and found a tavern, but it didn't surprise me! Great! Very good experience!

1. The control panels of the elevators on both sides have the door opening and closing buttons inverted. 2. My room is 803#, and the water in the shower makes a loud noise. 3. There are two access control cards. I found that one is for power and the other is for access control, but they look exactly the same. It is recommended to make both cards into access control cards, or leave one in the room. 4. The driveway in front of the lobby is very strange, and drivers must be careful to turn right ⤴️ to aim at the sharp bend. It is recommended to change the route, change the existing ”entry” to ”exit”, and add signs to make it smoother. 5. Taxi drivers often dare not go to the lobby to pick up passengers. It is recommended to add a sign, ”Taxis are welcome, and online car-hailing vehicles will go to the lobby to pick up passengers.”
