The hygiene needs to be further improved. The hotel should buy some medicine for * sputum. I saw the first night of the first two sputum crawling at the end of the bed and climbing on the floor the next day. Although the dry and wet separation, the toilet is still recommended to clean the aunt with water to wash it will not be so big.

The exam came to live, the room was good, the front desk service was in place, and the box of milk was also sent. Although the window location was not particularly quiet during the day, it did not affect the night living. It was still very quiet at night. The hot water came quickly and the water was sufficient. The breakfast in the morning was quite rich. Overall very good, suitable for travel and living.

The hotel room is spacious, clean ,airconworks well. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of variety and they taste good. Drink desk staff is friendly, they helped us book hotel at 4 am ,otherwise we have to hail one on the street. The only set back is the bath room light is dim. They give plenty of mineral water and soft drink for free, a good gesture , you didn't need to intercom them every time you need water. Will come back to this hotel again.

Like most Hilton's, the facilities were clean and the service was good. The rooms were cleaned frequently and fresh towels and bedding were provided as well as lots of water (which was very appreciated). The location was ok considering that most of the things to do are spread out and there were many local restaurants in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, attentive service, and very welcoming hospitality from all the staff, especially Ms. Lemon at the front desk and the housekeeping lady on the 29th floor. Their friendliness made our stay very memorable. The location is centrally located and convenient to all the key tourist spots. We recommend ordering breakfast a day in advance to get a cheaper deal, instead of purchasing it online during hotel booking. The breakfast selection is amazing! If a heavy buffet breakfast isn’t your thing, there is a local morning grocery market nearby where you can find delicious meat buns and congee. Enter from the lane on the right side of the hotel.

A little difficulty in finding the entrance to this hotel as there is no signboard with the hotel name on the outside. No restaurants in the hotel but food is not a problem as there are many food stalls and restaurants along the streets downstairs. Transportation is convenient as subway station is a short walk away and there are taxis outside. Room is big and value for money.

We are a pair of 70 year old couple travelling solo. This place is located centrally and it is easy to walk and travel around the Chong qing City from here.The place is really comfortable and smack of chinese tradtion and culture. The view of the river each night is stunning and you are a part of Hongyadong light up each night. I woke up thrice very early around 4am and went to the reception to ask about how to get around to different sights. On 5th and 6th Sep morning, the receptionist was utterly sweet and patient with this old lady, giving very careful and detailed information with explanations to help me. Thsnk you once again dear sweet recetionist. I am sorry u do not know your nsme. Hence the dates. Unfortunately on the morning of 7th Sep i encountered a rude shock of a receptionist who expressed rude mannerism on being awakened just before 5 am, reluctant to help, trying to push me off by pushing a tiny pamphlet that she said was self explanatory about diections for various sights. I declined saying i could not read chinese. Thereafter, it wa either, its difficult to get there or you could get there in a cab!

The services and facilities are extremely good. Got free refreshment in VIP guest lounge at level 28 from various time till 9.30pm. Even the mala steamboat buffet at level 1 offering very premium seafood selection. The location is very close to many major attractions. Is walking distance to Hongya Cave and Kuixing Building (22nd floor plaza).

For overseas travellers, Fraser’s is no-doubt the best place to go to. Tourist friendly, value-for-money, and impeccable service. Location is also nearby a number of amenities and a pretty nice mall , with an amazing livehouse nearby. The service staff, Amy as well as others here that have served me have been amazing and were accommodating to my wants of replacing the ironing board as well as giving me fruits upon arrival, upgrading my room without me requesting, and even letting me check out late as my flight isn’t till the evening. Simply splendid and I would book this place again if I’m ever back in Chengdu. Attached hotel lobby pictures for reference, rooms look better than in photos. Won’t go wrong here. Food deliveries are done efficiently with a robot, and you can even add their WeChat to ask for any help with almost immediate response.
