The free pick-up and drop-off service is very considerate, cost-effective, and the transportation is convenient. There are many snack bars nearby, and ordering takeout is also very convenient. It will be placed on the takeout order counter in the lobby on the first floor for contactless pick-up. The room is very clean, and there are access controls in and out of the elevator and floors, so safety is guaranteed. The district government is across the alley, and there is a park nearby. A satisfying experience.

There is weird smell in the room. Also, there is a transparent window facing outside of the building in the toilet which makes me feel unsecured when taking bath. The toilet bowl is really not clean that I have to go airport for the toilet. The staff are friendly and location is really great.

this is a perfect hotel for a Late night/ Early Morning arrival, dont expect High quality on amenities or ambience in the room. they are a very hard working hotel, they will come and pick you up From Airport, take you to the hotel, check you in and leave. ww were so late, they waited Outside patiently.

The front desk clerk was enthusiastic and helped me to adjust a room inside, considering that one of our friends arrived very late. He kindly told us that it was very quiet here. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel has a free airport shuttle service, which is super good and highly recommended!

Booked this hotel so I could rest and freshen up before my wee hour flight. This is NOT the hotel chain I was thinking of when I booked it, but the room was spacious, clean, and served its purpose.
The location is about 30 - 40 min car ride from all the tourist attractions with limited food options available.
The free 15-minute airport transfer was via a van. I was a bit surprised when I had to squeeze with other passengers who were dropped off at different hotels before the driver sent me to the airport. This was due to my late/ early flight timing.

It's OK, the experience is OK! The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation. It is close to the airport and the light rail station, more than ten minutes' drive and ten minutes' walk from the light rail. There are dining and shopping options around, which is convenient for travel. The arranged room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a large space. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, giving people a very cordial feeling. I checked in late, and the room was upgraded to a quiet room, which is very considerate. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

Very convenient location opposite Chongqing Airport Terminal 3, directly accessible from level 2 (Domestic Arrival floor). Despite the proximity to the airport, the area around the hotel is quiet. The price here is higher than the rest of the city but it's worth the money due to the comfort, cleanliness and convenience. At night, there are a number of touts outside the hotel trying to offer a lower price and persuade you to follow them. Ignore them. Once you enter the hotel the touts will stop following. The hotel just recently renamed itself from Zichen Hotel to Meilun Hotel, so don't be alarmed if you see Zichen Hotel on the signs and toiletries.

The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. It was all solid wood furniture. It was very quiet at night. It was not close to the road. The front desk service was very considerate. After I checked in, they sent me all kinds of room information. Any problems were solved as soon as possible. It was great.

GGuest UserAfter experiencing the excitement of the city and the Internet celebrity feeling in Chongqing, I happened to search for Pucun! Very close to the city and the airport, Pucun made me feel why Chongqing is called a mountain city. It is really a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle! It was such a surprise. Although it was only two days and one night, the boss's design aesthetic and the B&B experience on the terraced slopes allowed us to experience many different beautiful scenery. The room is simple and has good facilities and equipment. The Dyson hair dryer is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is warm and high-end! Experience the chirping of the robin during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, as well as the bamboo forest among the pines. It just happened to rain in Chongqing. The clouds and mist in the mountains in the morning and the new rain in the empty mountains were very healing. Chongqing is really charming! Chongqing has 3D and is also a mountain city! The ingredients picked in Pucun are hard to come by. The plums just came out recently, so sweet! The butler was attentive and accompanying me throughout the whole process, very considerate! I like Pucun very much and will come to Pucun next time!

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

The building has many cool shops as well including the 云端之眼 which has a panoramic view of the city. Someone mentioned in the comments that the slippers “cost” ¥30, but it’s actually free as long as you don’t take it away.

EElaine :)Location was excellent, walking distance to many eating places and metro stations. Apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower and air-condition was excellent, good water pressure in shower and air-condition allowed different temperature settings.
However it is a building with several and different sharing service apartments providers. And please do not expect any hotel services rendered and no hotel amenities like porter service.
Curiously even though it is a service apartment with cooking facilities but obviously not encouraged to be used since there is no dish washing liquid or cleaning equipment provided.
Another not so good observation is the lifts can be busy at times and the wait can be long during peak hours.
But overall the stay has been satisfying and above average.

Hongyadong and Jiefangbei are all within walking distance. The hotel room is clean with modern sanitation. The front line service staff are very good and patiently solved our needs. The equipment and facilities in the room are also complete with disposable toilet cover and bathtub cover. I will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I come to Chongqing. I would Ike to especially commend Kathy of the front desk for her help during my stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, we do not speak Chinese so we communicated with them through WeChat and they also had a translator app to talk to us. We asked for recommendations for where to see Chinese opera and they told us where to go. The room was incredible, especially the view. It's a 5 minute walk from Jiaochangkou metro station, exit 9 in the direction of liberation square. I've attached a photo of the front door of the building, it's opposite the adidas shop. The reception is on the 46th floor. It's around the corner from a street food area and walking distance to Hongya Cave and lots of attractions. Can't wait to come back!

Also, the hotel provided delicious noodle options for the daily complimentary breakfast, which could be redeemed at any point of the day. Hotel staff were generally pleasant and we would like to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff No 3, who went all out to help us hail a cab as we had trouble getting one on that Friday night due to the huge crowd and road closure on golden week. Very appreciative of her actions! thank you once again. Would return to this hotel if we visit Chongqing again!

Room with river view and Raffles city building. Very good view specially at night with all the led lights. A bath tub right at window with river view and buildings all over . Beautiful. Hotel is opposite Raffles city and walking distance to Hongiadong.
