Tolle Lage, super Preis/Leistung, sicherer Parkplatz, saubere Zimmer sogar mit Seife/Shampoo in dem alten Komotau.

The hotel is getting old, but that is not the reason for the bad rating. I would like to positively highlight the location of the hotel and the free parking space. For breakfast there are scrambled eggs, fried eggs, various cheese and sausages. Fruit and vegetables, basically everything that is needed. Now, unfortunately, to the bad points. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken throughout the week. There was no coffee and sometimes not even hot water for tea. I stayed at the hotel for several days and the bathroom wasn't cleaned on any day. My hair was lying on the floor all week from blow drying. The bed was made, but only half made, the bedcover that was still on the first day was simply folded up the other days and lay on the floor next to the bed. The pillows and the duvet were put back straight and that was that. The light in the stairwell sometimes didn't come on despite the motion detector, so you had to walk up the stairs in the dark. The staff doesn't seem very motivated. I'm sorry to give a bad review, but I hope you take a few things to heart.
