We went to cyprus to attend a wedding at another hotel but it was out of our budget so booked this. Good price for all inclusive and the photos looked decent. The food was quite good, edible, standard all inclusive grub. Drinks were poor, no prosecco included. The Blue lagoon was a staple when staying because the rest were very average. The breakfast was also quite good, but don't ask for any special dietry requirements such as Gluten free bread, you will be served a rock after s bit of a grumble. The staff made us feel as though we were an inconvenience at best. One guy on reception did whatever he could to help us out, but the rest were quite rude. Apparently we werent allowed to rent pool towels before 3pm, which seems bizarre to me, so we had to use our room towels. Location is good for the beachfront walk and the bus into paphos and other attractions was easy to get and very frequent. Our room - we arrived at 11pm, the entertainment was ridiculously loud - louder than Ive ever experienced before and we heard it in our room. Thankfully it stopped about 10 minutes later, but we were really worried it was going to go on later. We paid for a 1 bed apartment but was given a studio. Our shower didnt work and the head was broken, there were no amenities in the room ie. Tes and coffee. We complained about this and we eventually got moved rooms the next day. The next room was nicer. It was a one bedroom, had 2 wardrobes, a fridge and some sofas. No amenities, but a couple of sandwiches and a bottle in a plastic bag in the fridge. Unsure if this was for us or previous occupants left it. No tea and coffee. There was stains on the couches and lampshades, no big light in the bathroom - only a very dull shaving light, so we had to pee and shower in almost darkness. Not ideal. The air con wasnt properly plumbed in so our first day in there we had a leak, this was promptly fixed and had no kore issues with it. There was lots of ants everywhere, but tbh they didnt really bother us too much, only if we dropped some crumbs. They mainly stayed on our balcony. We were promised ant powder and it never arrived. The soa was closed down and I had to attend the spa at another hotel and the gym had very little in it. The indoor swimming pool was closed down as they had taken all the tiles off the bottom and I assume getting ready to retile - but we were there for a week - I have no idea how long its been in that state. All in all, we did manage to enjoy our stay and I very much enjoyed the hotel entertainment for the nights we were there, but this isnt a 4 star hotel. If you know youre on a budget and thats all you need then it will do just fine, but we thought we were getting a bit more than that. The hotel itself needs a complete reno and a decent lick of paint. Its old and run down - possibly was nice at one point. Love holidays refused to change us to another hotel no matter how much we asked them. This was disappointing as we even offered to pay extra.

Staying at this hotel.right now , we go home Thursday , writing this review at coral beach with a keo ! Worth a visit , it's a bus ride , all of us 7 euro and 7 euro back. Anyway the hotel , good welcome , I think the room we are in is spacious, bed is ok , cleaned regularly and if you have an issue , tell them.and they will sort it The pool , we 2 pools , both good and more importantly safe for.the kids 👍, lots of pool activities and a kids club , mine are 16 and 11 so need WiFi, it's all good here. Now the food , it's rubbish tbh , breakfast is so bad it's hard to describe, poor qaulity food and warm milk , coffee is rubbish , have expresso , i have egg on toast or a cheese sandwich as the bread is fresh , lunch is ok , you can find something, dinner the same but you shouldn't have to , really disappointing tbh , drinks are ok , keo is keo , not a bad lager , snacks are probably better than lunch , salads are good but who wants to eat salad all week!! Staff are just really pissed off ? Maybe it's end of season 🤔 but they couldn't crack a smile if you gave em 50euro in a tip everyday , reception are nice tho . All in all it's cheap for a reason , would I come back probably not , rather pay more to get more , ile try and stick some pics on , the actual location is amazing but nothing here , but jump on a bus and there is stuff

Where to start. There wasn’t many positives from this stay. An absolute GRIME FEST of a hotel. Pool- one half of the pool area doesn’t see a single spot of sunlight all day. Sunbeds uncomfortable, broken and very cramped. Food- stone cold food, limited variety, pretty repetitive. Wary of eating here considering the grime and scum in the rooms, dread to think what the kitchen looks like. We chose to eat out most days. Apartment- I’ve seen nicer prison cells! Showers are a joke, ours was snapped and it’s brilliant if you love being scalded then frozen every 5 seconds. The taps were thick with mould, roof was leaking, toilet seat snapped, air con leaking and cranky, ANTS infestation! The ‘cleaner’ even decided to give us filthy bedsheets and towels:) No privacy on a bottom floor balcony, we didn’t use it as you were faced with sunbeds right outside the door. Location- awful, no beach in distance, 1 shop and about 3 bars within a 20 minute walk. Entertainment/ staff- miserable bunch at this hotel who don’t seem to care about anything. We reported our issues and nothing was done about any of it. Entertainment is a quiz almost every night. No where near a 4* hotel, 2* at BEST!

Just returned from a week at the Eleni Holiday village Cyprus. Our opinion on our experience. The pool is great, nice and clean and the gradient is good for children wanting to go further in. You can use pool inflatables and there is a lifeguard on most of the day. It lacks any toilets around the pool so we were going back to our room which is OK if you are close enough but if not then the ones avaliable are not great. The pool bar is ideal and in the shade with snacks avaliable until 6pm and it includes mini ice cream, slush and kids cocktails. The rooms are basic and in need of refurbishment but clean and we don't really spend anytime in them so fine for us. The beds were not the most comfortable. We had room 1811 with a sea and pool view on the first floor, it feels safe if you have little ones as its safety glass without any gaps and high enough so kids can't climb. If you want a bath take a plug as there is no plugs at all, we used a glass over it so had to be quick before the water dissapears but showers are warm and powerful enough. Take something with you to wash your cups in the room as they are not replaced by the cleaners. Also when the cleaners have been in your room they did not lock our patio doors so I would use the safe but you have to pay extra for that. We didn't need to use the aircon so I can't comment on that. The food was okay, you could make a meal out of the choices avaliable but if your expecting a big variety this is not the hotel for you. There is a choice of 5 desserts but fruit is also avaliable. We ate out once out of choice at the steak house Mamma's a short walk on the main road. It cost 100 euro for three people with drinks and is worth a visit. The area is a little far out and hasn't got a lot to do without catching a bus or taxi. Renting a car would be a better option if you wish to explore. It would be very easy to find all the negatives for this hotel but you get what you pay for and it was fine for us for a week but I wouldn't have stayed any longer personally. We wouldn't return but that's because we like to go to different places and have the options of walking out in the evening. Evening entertainment is mini disco, bingo and three shows throughout the week. The entertainment team all work really hard day and night as do all the other staff. Our 10 year old liked the kids club when she joined in but was too busy making friends in the pool most of the time. All in all we have had a nice week and we tend not to really listen too or write reviews usually, we make up our own mind on our experience. I wouldn't be put off by this hotel just don't expect 4 star or more and you will be fine.

We had an amazing two weeks here! The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Entertainment daily for children and adults. We hired a car through the hotel and got a fantastic price! Definitely worth doing, we went to adonis falls which was unreal! Paphos harbour is beautiful and coral bay beach is worth a trip too! Weather was scorching! Would definitely recommend! Rooms a little dated but have air con, don't spend much time in rooms anyway.

Shall we start with the best thing THE POOL among the best I've seen in Cyprus. The food choice lots of it, but sadly not good quality for me very poor. Whilst talking about food I only saw one of the staff smile on the 10 days we were there. We saw that everyone was going for Soft drinks from the machine, so as there was no information to the contrary we decided to have some . On the second night a male member of staff told us in no uncertain terms that it was only for all inclusive guests, but there was nothing no signs anywhere to say that or were we informed of it when we first went into the restraunt. Another thing we saw was a female member of the restraunt staff lift the table cover to get the hand brush used for cleaning the bread table, whilst there she with the aid of the brushsweep out 2 bread rolls pick them up and brush off any signs of dirt dust etc then put them into the bread roll basket definitely not hygienic. The rooms we had were large, really family size. The 2 beds were pushed together making a double but the mattresses were not good I felt every spring. The front door did not close well and 2 mornings I found the door had not closed properly, needed a good slam. Shower was not good took forever to get the water at the right temperature as it was cold for ages then suddenly came through far to hot a child could have been scalded, then the temperature went warm hot warm hot whilst trying to shower. The whole complex needed a lot of Tlc a bannister leading down to the pool area was loose and in 2 parts was very dangerous, but was later rectified with a couple of screws. The complex is really for families. And everything is based around them. The friendliest face was the receptionist lovely smile and welcoming whenever I saw her. It is shown as a 4 star accommodation but it is no better that 2. If that is 4 star the Annabelle must be 15 star.
