Visited end of Oct/beginning of Nov for 11 days. First impressions were not great. Hotel isn't at all impressive to look at, apart from a chandelier in the entrance. No welcome drink upon arrival as we're used to. We were given our room key and were told where the lifts were, nobody to show us to our room. Not a great start. Room: Room was just OK. We'd upgraded to a sea view and the bathroom was very small and quite grotty in need of a refurb for sure. Please remember to take your own toiletries, and the ones supplied are very poor quality and don't have a fragrance. Small balcony, bed was good though and the large TV was a nice touch. Food: Spent 11 days there and the breakfast never changed...very limited pastries (just one danish type and plain croissants). The one and only communal bread knife was so blunt that cutting bread was difficult. The actual bread was lovely though, different types of brown, sourdough loaves replenished frequently. I had two 10-min boiled eggs every morning...sometimes the yolks were hard and some times the white was runny, eww. There is no fresh juice, just very sweet 'juice' from the two machines in the dining room. Help yourself coffee from a machine etc. No melon at breakfast, lots of canned fruit salads, canned pineapple, etc. Lunch was a little better with fresh salads, but the exact same every day apart from one dish which was changed daily (roasted salmon, roast turkey, lamb, etc.) and maybe a different item in the grill area (lots of pork!) Wine is from a self service machine and is God awful...we tried them all once then stuck with water or soda. Dinner pretty much the same and not very exciting. We visited all of the a la cartes and the food was ok but you did feel like you were on a conveyor belt...there were no personal touches. Desserts were all pre-prepared etc. Drinks: Wine Bar - Great touch! The lady who works there is a sweetheart (best member of staff we encountered for sure). After day one she remembered our 'usual' and was just so sweet. Lovely wine which you could take to the restaurants with you. Highly recommend you do this. Patisserie - Really nice. You can request proper Bacardi, Gordan's gin, and they will get it for you from the top, right hand cupboard. If you just ask for a gin & tonic you'll get the local stuff. Outside Bars - Lovely staff but undermanned. Basic alcohol, no branded spirits here. They were pretty dirty too and just not inviting. Pools: Outdoor - Freezing!! Indoor Spa - Lovely, warm and calm. You can use the steam room & sauna free too! We spent a lot of time in the spa. Beach: We were allocated sunbeds on the beach. In 11 days our table was never cleaned, it was already covered in spilt sticky drinks when we arrived. The beach was never raked or cleaned. It's pretty dirty with loads of cigarette butts, straw wrappers, etc. We've never experienced this before. No drinks service on the beach, and the beach bar was closed for fo

This hotel is allocated out of the way so not much to do in the area. However we did know this information when booking to stay here. The food is lovely however the drinks were very average. The post mix machine seemed to run out of the syrup flavouring every time I ordered a drink. The food and beverage manager or supervisor IS NOT APPROACHABLE AT ALL!! He shouts at guests as well as his staff. Please be warned. Sorry I forgot his name. The hotel itself is lovely and did target mostly older couples while we were there. It’s very clean and plenty of sunbeds to be found for all. There is entertainment on most nights and I must say Sean the singer was excellent. We like to go back to places that we’ve stayed at before however this hotel wasn’t to our liking in comparison to other lovely hotels in paphos that we have visited. This hotel has so much potential but lacking in a lot of areas.

Great hotel, great food, enjoyed the choice of restaurants, drinks were average, little disappointed that you had to pay extra for a decent brand above the holiday cost. Guest were of a mixed age, lovely pools, found all indoor and outdoor areas to be spotless. The spa was great and spa staff were excellent. We thought that all the staff we had contact with to be polite and friendly. The only problem we did encounter was the sunbed allocation. I do think that sunbed allocation is a good thing but this system definitely needs tweaking! If the hotel is full you are likely to be stuck with a bed somewhere you'd rather not be, albeit you can go on a reserve list. There isn't much around the outside the hotel, we didn't mind this as we wanted a relaxing week. Taxi ride to the harbour is about 10 minutes.

I'm gonna keep this review short and sweet and only leaving this review following a bad review on another hotel that I've stopped at after forgetting to review this one! This hotel is fantastic. Sunbed allocation works brilliantly. Food is immense, rooms are immaculate, beds comfortable. Had issues with loud guests in adjoining room but hotel dealt with this as best as possible for us. The only downsides I can think of- rocky beach ( I'm not much of a beach person so didn't effect me too much) very little around the hotel (you don't really need anything though with how good this hotel is)

Service really good. Great range of drinks and several bars and seating areas. Entertainment every night if you want it. Sunbed allocation ok but when extra 50 rooms added next year it might make it harder to get a bed where you want. Coastal path walk into Paphos harbour 4 miles but quite easy walking. Regular buses to harbour or Coral Bay at 2 euro per ride. Tried 3 of a la carte restaurants. Good choice on menus. Room adequate size and very clean. Pools too cold but sea a nice temp at end of Oct just quite tricky getting in. Defo worth taking shoes to navigate rocks.

We loved this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel , pools and beach are beautiful and really well maintained. The hotel has a really calm and relaxed feel. We were all inclusive and it’s great to have lots of different places to eat. The drinks are great. We particularly loved the beach bar and the cafe that served barista made coffee all day. We liked the way sun beds are allocated. You are able to choose from available ones and change them if you don’t like them. The sea was still warm at the beginning of November. The guests are mainly older couples, which suited us. The entertainment was good. This was definitely the best all inclusive resort I’ve stayed in and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed for a week and had a very pleasant experience Room was very clean only minor issue was damage to the laminate floor Main restaurant was amazing very varied menu all tasted great A la carte restaurants were a bit disappointing Greek menu was very basic and not very Greek although again staff were excellent Asian a la carte was lovely but service was a bit slow Allocation of sun beds is a great idea meaning everyone gets one however some premium spots were unoccupied for the week and couldn’t be given to anyone else Plenty of bar choices in the hotel again staff were a credit to the hotel Sunsets were stunning especially from the sunset bar Pool areas were all really nice and kept spotless Beach areas adjacent to the hotel were pretty treacherous very rocky and not for the faint hearted if you want to swim in the ocean Easy access to to costal path all the way into Paphos around 45-60 minutes along the route options to hire bikes or electric scooters Highly recommended would happily return

Hotel is really friendly and the rooms are a decent size. The buffet selection isn’t the biggest but the restaurants can cater with better food. Negative. Alcohol is really poor. Cheap rubbish. My advice to bring your own from the airpot…….

A bit of a long one but worth a read. I leave only honest reviews and all are are just my opinion and facts. PROS: On first appearance the hotel looks inviting. Foyer very bright and clean looking in appearance. Rooms cleaned daily and room towels replenished daily too. Gown and slippers provided in room too. Beach towels can be exchanged for clean ones every 2 days. Allocation of sun beds a fantastic idea too. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Great coffee was had at the patisserie. Areas eaten and drunk at cleaned immediately after leaving the area or items removed from the table once finished. Toilets in public areas around the pool and inside the hotel are cleaned various times of the day. The pool side restaurant for lunch is very nice and food is basic but quite nice. Bus fairs are cheap (2 euro to bus station then another 2 euro to harbour - 615 to bus station then 611 to harbour) taxi around 17 euros straight to harbour. Bus stop is very local. The restaurant Fat Fig was a favourite place to eat as is not only just outside the hotel but also amazing staff and food as well as entertainment (highly recommend). The spa area is lovely to use and certain areas and treatments are chargeable. CONS: THE ROOM-The hotel is quite dated. All rooms are very much the same be it basic or premium. The floors are laminated in the rooms and chipped or broken, so wise to use the slippers provided when walking around the room. FRIDGE-You get 2 bottles of water provided when arriving at the room and then you have to replenish the water bottles at the filtered water stations dotted around the hotel and grounds. The water tap at the patisserie is better to use as this is ice cold filtered water. I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels, and would have expected water, soft drinks, beer and wine to be in the fridge and replenished daily as this is what I would have expected for this star rating but this is not the case here. ROOM SAFE-The safe works but is not secure in my opinion as although you can put your own code in, anyone can just punch 6 zeros in and the safe will open. STAFF-The staff at reception vary from very helpful and friendly to just miserable and strained to smile or greet. This is the same with various staff in the hotel generally. RESTAURANTS-The meals in the Thea buffet restaurant are very salty, not tasty at all. We ate out mostly and only really ate breakfast in here but ate lunch at the poolside restaurants. Meals at the Shogo (Asian), Route 66 (Grill) and Mercato restaurants are by far the better places to eat where foods were much more flavourful. You can only eat at these once a week. We tried to book the Palagos restaurant but was consistently booked the whole time we were there. BEACH TOWELS-We were given a slip of paper to retrieve beach towels which can be changed every two days. The towels are very tatty and thread bear around the ends. ENTERTAINMENT-was as previously informed by other holiday makers here th
