前陣子和家人去九華山旅遊路過，酒店距離天池很近，開車很快，住着不錯裏面有温泉可以放鬆一下，消除旅途的疲憊，整體來説體驗不錯。

旅遊回啦快一個月了，這次住宿的經歷還是歷歷在目。這家酒店硬件設施設備還算可以，但是服務意識和服務過程中存在很多問題。首先，早上早餐9點結束，一般八點半之前餐廳幾乎沒有東西吃了，來晚一點看到的都是空盤子，每天很多遊客抱怨，還是沒有改進，食物也不怎麼好吃，衹能説一般。其次，房間電視是壞的，房卡每天出門回來都刷不開，來回跑服務枱好幾次。去泡温泉，每個櫃子一條毛巾，回來的時候一般毛巾都濕了，想要一條幹毛巾，抱歉，要你直接換了衣服回房間去，多一條都別想！態度很差！我也去過別的温泉酒店住過，凡事泡温泉回來，都提供更換毛巾服務的，在池州這個小城市，這個温泉酒店算高檔了，服務態度和質量如此之差，真是出乎意料，我衹能説，池州這個城市果然不行！

從儺仙古鎮出來最近的酒店，但是！不建議入住！旁邊什麼吃的都沒有，男女更衣室包括前台服務態度都很不好， 也不專業，一問三不知，男温泉更衣室的服務員像老闆，很拽。女更衣室看着你問你進來做什麼的… 沒有服務可言，唯一有點服務精神的是温泉池裡麪的大爺，很熱情。
