Wir waren schon öfter hier und sind immer wieder begeistert Personal, Service, Essen einfach topp Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und werden jedesmal herzlich begrüßt. Freue Nichtschwimmer auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel habe ich schon vielen Freunden empfohlen!

Cordialità, professionalità, pulizia , ottimo cibo , staff sempre sorridente e disponibile ... cosa chiedere di più?! L'hotel si trova a chiusa un piccolo paesino super caratteristico a una 20 di km da Ortisei , in circa una mezz'ora d'auto si possono raggiungere le principali mete della Val Gardena . Premetto che da buona Romagnola e da professionista che lavora in hotel da oramai vent'anni difficilmente ho trovato un posticino con tutte queste caratteristiche, in primis la Cordialità ( cosa per niente scontata)....io mio marito e Achille ci siamo sentiti a casa!!!!!

I wasn't orignally planning to stay in Chiusa, but it was certainly a welcome accident. The staff was very kind, and the restaurant was super convenient after a few hours on the road and checking in. The breakfast bar was extensive and the late night bar/wine offerings were also superb!

The property is tucked away in a nice little town 20 minutes from the mountain. The hotel, staff, food and accommodations were excellent. I’d definitely return here.

Hotel in posizione ottimale nella città di Chiusa, ristrutturato, funzionale anche per persone con carrozzina che hanno difficoltà di deambulazione. Personale molto disponibile educato sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Colazione ottima abbondante variegata anche per persone con problemi di celiachia. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Grazie

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir diesen Ort der Gastlichkeit aufgesucht und dort zwei Tage verbracht. Wir sind mitten im im Fest "Gassltörggelen" angekommen, was bedeutet die Koffer ein wenig zum Hotel zu tragen. Unser Auto konnte wir wie jedesmal in der Tiefgrage unterbringen. Das Zimmer , eine Symbiose aus altem Baustil und moderner Einrichtung war auch diese Mal wieder perfekt. Obwohl zur Gasse hinaus war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Der Zutritt erfolgt über eine Schlüsselkarte . Der absolute Knaller ist das umfangreiche Frühstücks-Buffet, welches absolut keine Wünsche offen läßt. Frisches Obst, Cerealien , frisches Brot, Brötchen, sonstige Schmankerl und Leckereien , sowie verschiedene Konfitüren, Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten runden ein perfektes Frühstück ab. man kann draußen und drinnen essen

Delizioso hotel al centro del piccolo borgo di Chiusa. Ho alloggiato in una camera standard, ma non aveva niente da invidiare ad una superior. Molto grande e comoda, arredata con mobili nuovi in legno chiaro, in perfetto stile tirolese. L’ indomani abbiamo usufruito di una colazione eccellente, varia e abbondante. È inoltre possibile usufruire del parcheggio al coperto.

I don't think that many Americans get to Chiusa, our Italian is not great and I know a little German, but we felt a little uncomfortable at times, mainly during dinner, otherwise, the place is amazing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever seen.
