Hotel was fine thanx.
Only problem was that there was no water at all for a few hours.. basin or toilet..
When it finally came on again the water out of the tap was initially brown!
The free glass of wine was appreciated and nice! Helpful staff. Breakfast was nice too :)

The hotel is on the 4th floor but when you ring the bell they come down if you need help with carrying up your suitcases and the same is when leaving the hotel the staff were very helpful!

akşam sıcak su yoktu.
Sabah da sıcak su gelmedi. Resepsiyon görevliye haber verdiğimizde o anda yardımci olamayacağına çünkü o sırada kahvaltı hazırlıyormuş. Sıcak su kahvaltıdan daha önemli söylememe rağmen hiç yardımci olamadı.
sabah 7 gibi haber vermemize rağmen su 1 saat sonra açildı.
отель сам по себе не плохой, оставался и раньше.
Но в этот раз небыло горячей воды ни вечером ни утром.
Утром предупредили сотрудника отеля но ответ поразил.
Сначала он закончит резать колбасу на завтрак а потом воду включит.
В итоге предупредили в 7 утра а воду включили только через час.

Самое большое неудобство заключалось в отсутствии лифта и тяжелые чемоданы пришлось тащить вверх на 3 этаж по лестнице. Также скрипящая заедающая дверь в душевую кабину и совершенно неудобный унитаз. Все остальное вполне соответствовало статусу 3 звезд.
