Just an good hotel near venice

This is a budget hotel that offers a lot for your money. It is about 5 minutes' walk from the bus stop and down a quiet alley. Just away from the bustle of the centre but close enough, a very short stroll to bars and cafes on the main street. The room was basic but large with a good-sized en suite and a television. Also nice and clean with two, opening, windows for fresh air. Missing in so many hotels. On arrival, we received a warm welcome at reception and got a really good feel and first impression. At breakfast, there was plenty to choose from; cereal, toast, fresh bread, croissants, eggs, cakes, tea, coffee, and fruit juices. The list goes on. If we are in the area again, we would look to stay here again, so without hesitation, I would definitely recommend a night or two here.

This was a delightful place to stay. We loved the location that allowed us to walk to the beach and to the historic area of Chioggia. We enjoyed the city's fish festival - the night life was fun to experience! Our room and morning breakfast were lovely. Francesco at the front desk was very helpful in giving directions to parking. This was the only reason for a 4 star rating. Unloading luggage outside the house was difficult - one has to back out of the road to park the car in a lot. The two parking areas emailed to us were both farther away and full due to the festival event. We were redirected to a parking area much closer to the house that was open and much easier to drive in and out of. We highly recommend using Park Unione at Calle Ponte San Giacomo 30015 Chioggia VE. Other than the parking craziness we had a wonderful stay here! Thank you, Domus Clugiae!

Posizione ottima, stanze curate, struttura orientata al sociale!! Personale gentilissimo. Colazione super abbondante dolce/salata a buffet, nulla da invidiare ad alberghi "blasonati". Con un pochino di fortuna parcheggio gratuito nel cortiletto interno. Siamo stati Vostri ospiti da lunedì a giovedì, camera doppia (109) spaziosa con letto "King Size" che ci ha garantito un buon riposo! Vivamente consigliato! Rapporto qualità/prezzo OK. Tiziana e Roberto San Secondo di Pinerolo (Torino)

Ottimo hotel,molto carino e in una posizione ottima! La camera un po’ piccolina ma con tutti i comfort(letto e cuscini top) bagno piccolino ma molto ben tenuto! Colazione con tanti prodotti sia dolci che salati di buona qualità! Personale disponibilissimo e molto gentile! Lo consiglio!
