Awful. Check in was the usual farce for places like this and that is to be expected. However it went downhill from there! The Executive Room keys wouldnt work and it was the most incredible effort to motivate the receptionist to help in any way. After finally getting in to the room, bearing in mind it is late in the evening after a long drive, we found the beddings were filthy and stained with not enough towels. Fortunately house keeping was a little more jacked up and after waiting 45mins to sort out the beds the room was marginally more sanitary.
