We arrived early and checked in with an employee who was kind and courteous and quite helpful in directing us to the places we wanted to see. It was an overnight stay on the way up the Eastern seaboard but we went to Assateague and saw the horses and the beach at the national park. Ate dinner at Uncle Zach’s and a hot hotel breakfast the next day—it was great for a hotel breakfast. Lots of variety and well stocked. We are staying on the way home because of our first experience. Hope it doesn’t disappoint.

Great stay. Staff always friendly and accommodating for all our needs. Always look forward to their complimentary breakfast, which has a large selection of choices. Rooms are always clean and ready for our stay. My family that came with us for their 1st time is ready to come back all ready!

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The rooms are attractive, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff is more than friendly - they are genuinely kind. I felt welcomed and cared for. The free, full breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. Wonderful location, very close to the wildlife refuge and beach, yet minutes from several nice restaurants. I can't say enough good things about it.

The staff are always very friendly and the rooms and property are extremely clean. Dennis and Kedrick at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast is an added bonus with many options. The location has great views of the refuge and lighthouse. This is the only hotel we stay at in Chincoteague because we've always had a wonderful experience and the property is so well maintained.

Overall a good place to stay for a night. The pool and rooms were okay. WiFi was working perfectly. It’s a bit outdated and the breakfast could be improved. Very little choices and not much space to sit. But a nice place to stay for night when you’re visiting Chincoteague Island.

Wonderful place to stay on the island! Location is the best, quiet and the closest to the entrance of the national park and beach. Rooms were really spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Sat on the balcony and enjoyed a view of the lighthouse and water. The staff were A+, so nice and accommodating. The woman at check-in not only gave us suggestions on places to eat, but also called and made a reservation for us at the restaurant where we decided to have dinner. This was our first stay at this hotel and definitely our choice for our next visit!

Really great hotel for families. So close to everything. The front desk manager, Krista, was so accommodating and helpful. The pool was warm and the rooms were clean. Kids loved the breakfast. Lots of space to stretch out including the pool area and the outdoor seating areas.

The staff here are great. Kendrick was very professional, efficient and helpful.. He was able to help us with some frozen items that were too large for the in room refrigerator. Hope he is still there when we return next time. The rooms are larger than typical, well appointed and clean. Everything worked as it should. Great location at the entrance to the park. The exercise room has new equipment and is very clean. We will be back again.

We had a great time at the Best Western! It was our 2nd time staying here. Location is great, awesome views, hotel was clean and breakfast every morning is a plus. The pool and fire pit were a relaxing treat! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
