Nos encantó el lugar, céntrico, el con estacionamiento subterráneo conectado con el hotel, el personal del hotel es muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y la limpieza excelente en la mañana tomamos desayuno buffet con rica pastelería, fruta y todo para un desayuno completo para niños y adultos. My best advice is: Don't stop in Chillán; the city is simply too sad. If you still want to make a stop in Chillán, then do it in Chillán Viejo, which is actually quite cozy. But okay, if you still insist on Chillán, then Las Terrazas (business) located on the 5th and 6th floors above a shopping center is not the worst place you can stay in this slightly scary neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the wifi works fine, there is water with lemon slices and coffee for free use, and the breakfast is a rich buffet, with the fresh fruit being particularly impressive. It is possible to pre-order dinner if you do not want to go out into the dirty, barbed wire-enclosed streets after dark. The food tastes a bit like at a nursing home, but there is nothing wrong with it. The price is not quite low, but also includes a salad, bread, and a small dessert. All in all, Las Terrazas is a perfectly decent hotel - like a ray of light in a sad city.

Excelente hotel. Muy bien ubicado. A una cuadra de la plaza de armas. Camas cómoda. Sábanas limpias y ricas almohadas. Me gustó mucho el desayuno, muy completo y quienes trabajan allí, todos muy amables. En la recepción puedes comprar bebidas, jugos, ya que en las habitaciones no tienen frigobar. Muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.

mucho ruido ambiente en las habitaciones, se escucha todo lo que ocurre afuera de las habitaciones. por favor por el precio no estaría de mas poner un paquete de klenex en el baño. Buen desayuno y muy buena la atención del personal del comedor.

Hotel comodo ubicado en pleno centro, menos mal que cuenta con un buen estacionamiento subterraneo. El hotel en sí esta en un 5 piso por lo que se depende de un pequeño ascensor. Habitacion comoda, limpia y con aire acondicionada. Sin frigobar. Con artículos para el baño (shampoo, acondicionador y jabón), ducha comoda, secador de pelo. Desayunador lindo, lumimoso. Desayuno correcto. Solo mejoraría la amabilidad de los recepcionistas, pareciera que está enojados o amargados al atender.

El hotel es muy limpio y la habitación cómoda, al igual que la cama. En pleno centro de Chillán, aún así no se escuchan ruidos desde afuera. Tiene estacionamiento y varias comodidades. El desayuno buffet es variado y muy bueno. Es un buen lugar para descansar.

No es apto para familias con bebés. Ya que no se puede acceder al área de habitaciones por el ascensor, tuve que subir con mis mellizas por la escalera sin coche y sin maletas. No volvería, y sólo no me fui porque llegué a las 12 de la noche con las niñas.

Excelente ubicación cercano al mall, al mercado central, centro en general. Amabilidad del personal excelente, muy atentos y dispuestos a solucionar dudas y consultas, buenas instalaciones todas muy limpias. Desayuno bueno, cenas es solo por cupos, es necesario informar a recepción temprano si desean cena, de recepción a uso de habitaciones considerar q hay q subir una pequeña escalera.
