Buen hotel, con buena ubicación.
Personal muy atento y siempre disponible.
Dicen que hay gym pero no es cierto, más bien parece casi engaño; es un cuartito con 1-2 máquina y literal un par de mancuernas.
Debería usar ese cuartito para otra cosa, mejor.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist gut erreichbar. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, aber die Situation ist nicht sonderlich komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist gut, mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Bett ist in Ordnung, WiFi funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, viel frisches Obst, viel zu süßes Gebäck wie so oft in Chile. Die Frühstückslounge (=Hotelrestaurant) hat das Flair einer Bahnhofshalle - gemütlich ist anders.. Das Personal ist an sich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sofern man spanisch kann oder es schafft einen anzutreffen, der englisch spricht. Bei der Rechnungsstellung hatte ich als Geschäftskunde Probleme, die notwendigen Angaben gedruckt zu bekommen.
