Stuff are really good and they are very supportive but i think they sued improve their food quality and sued introduce more variety

Very poor maintains, property is very small in size. No functional amenities for kids. Rooms were not upto standards.

The cost is very high compared to experience in that resort. Not much outdoor games. Many indoor games for kids also been charged 100 per game which barely player for 2 min. The food is ok. I won't put this as 4 star resort compare to what i've experienced in other resorts. I won't recommend it we can get good resorts for that price.

First of all property and room both experiences were very bad. The tariff for one night stay charged 15k where as no proper facilities were provided. We booked this property as they provide spa facilities, over the call they said yes spa facility is there. And after checked in reception person was telling sorry we don’t have spa facilities. His behaviour also was very bad. Room was stinking like anything. Toilets were stinking very badly. No room ventilation no view outside. We checked out from this property within one hour as we could not bare that any more. And they don’t refund even if any inconvenience. So we lost 15k entire paid amount as well

We had a good time at the resort. Food was amazing, staff was good. Only concern was that the property was small and amenities were not in working condition in the indoor play area for kids.

We too jacuzzi room. Which is not functioning properly. Poor maintenance of the room and some foul smell coming inside the room. Poorly maintained game zone. Reception staff is zero cooperative, we called them for high tea at 5. 55pm, and they told me it was close. Whatever you ask them, their answer will be negative only. Restaurant staff is good, spa staff is good.

adarsh took utmost care
jeet biswas amd rukmani took good care of our food chef robin specially arranged food for our ekadashi fast. The facilities are too good in the resort
