"I booked a hotel near the exam venue for one night while preparing for an exam. The next morning, a man knocked on my door, asking why I hadn't checked out. I hadn't checked out, and now another guest was checking in?! This shocked me the most. And the hotel didn't contact me at all. After finishing my exam the next morning, I returned to the hotel as usual, but my room key wouldn't open the door. I was in a rush to take my exam that afternoon, so I ordered food in advance. I took the food to the front desk, but they said I had already checked out. My things were still in the room, how could I check out?! They even wanted to open the door for me to take my things! Where am I supposed to go after that? And I still have the room key! Don't these hotels need to verify anything? What if I lose my things? The solution they eventually gave me was an electricity card to temporarily open the door. I took my food upstairs, but the door still wouldn't open. I tried calling the phone number on the room card and the number on the platform, but no one answered; they were all automated. Finally, there happened to be a cleaning lady on the floor, and I asked her to open the door for me. She verified the name of the person checking in and said that the person in this room didn't match me. The more I thought about it, the more terrified I became. I clearly hadn't checked out, so why was it showing as checked out? What if I was sleeping and the next person checked in swiped their room card and came in? I had an exam in the afternoon, and this half-hour delay at noon wasted my time. The hotel still hasn't contacted me or offered any compensation, acting like nothing happened."

"The facilities are a bit old, but perfectly fine. It's an old-established hotel that used to be very prestigious. Our two families booked two family rooms, which were warm and comfortable even before the heating was turned off. We rested well and felt safe. The fact that takeout orders weren't allowed upstairs shows the management is attentive, which is great. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The only minor flaw was that breakfast was included for three people per room. Since our families consisted of two adults and two children, we each had to pay an extra 30 yuan for breakfast. If we wanted to pay for it, that wouldn't be a problem, but could we at least have looked at the menu before choosing? The manager at the restaurant entrance told us to come out immediately, which was quite amusing. Even if we were one person short, at least we still had three people to eat. That's all; everything else was great. I would never give a bad review."

The service was superb, especially the front desk staff who patiently explained the walking directions to the museum and how to get to Walmart. Even more heartwarming was that I left my earphones in the room two days after checking out, and the front desk went to my room to help search for them. A super satisfying experience."

There are Wal-Mart, Zhonglian Shopping Mall, hot pot and barbecue. It is very convenient and close to the museum."
