Le site est merveilleux et l'accueil de qualité. J'ai un regret quant à la qualité du logement qui est loin des standards des 4* : Une bouilloire mais pas de café, un lit sur un sommier en dur et deux matelas qui ne cessent de s'éloigner pendant la nuit. Très mauvaise nuit et un mal au dos le matin. Le repas du soir était très bon, le petit déjeuner complet. Pas de remarque sur la restauration qui est de qualité.

expédia et le jardin maoré sont nul en service.
J'ai voulu reporter mon séjour qui pour l'hotel était ok verbalement mais je devais passer par expédia car réservé par eux. Expédia n'a rien voulu savoir et l'interprète n'était pas à la hauteur. L'hotel alors que j'ai écris 2 fois n'a pas répondu. Lamentable. J'ai perdu plus de 100 euros. Pourtant je prenais plusieurs nuitées par an. Je n'irai plus.
