Nos fuimos de sábado a domingo a disfrutar de las vistas, los jardines y el spa, sin saber que nos esperaba una escapada gastronómica de 10. El sitio es una pasada y la comida del buffet nos sorprendió. Tanto la cena como el desayuno fuero espectaculares. El personal es super cercano y agradable y siempre está dispuesto a dar lo mejor para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes.

El personal del hotel es muy agradable, muy amable. El hotel es único, te hace recordarlo. Es un resort extenso. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, con una decoración exquisita. Los baños son grandes, con ducha separada de la bañera. Hay dos lavabos, de mármol. El buffet de desayuno es muy variado, con nuticionista que prepara smoothies saludables en el momento. Te preparan huevos o tortillas al gusto, en el momento. El buffet de cena también es espectacular y todo muy rico. Los jardines son únicos, con 18000 palmeras según dicen, y muchos tipos de plantas. Hay muchas piscinas exteriores. Las camas son muy cómodas. La habitación tiene muchos interruptores, de noche me parecen poco prácticos, ya que cuesta encontrar cuál es el de la luz. La experiencia de alojarse en el hotel es única e inolvidable.

È un luogo di pace e tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo il posto ideale se si vuole passare una vacanza in famiglia con i bambini. L’hotel è situato infatti in una zona tranquilla, con ristoranti e supermercati situati a pochi minuti di auto. La struttura si affaccia quasi sull’oceano, da dove si possono ammirare fantastici tramonti dalla spiaggia. La camera era molto bella e spaziosa, dotata di tutti comfort. La colazione era di buona qualità, tuttavia, ho notato delle oscillazioni in tal senso ed in termini di disponibilità di prodotti a seconda dell’orario. Paradossalmente al mattino più presto c’erano meno prodotti. Gentile ed allo stesso tempo professionale tutto il personale, a partire dall’accoglienza alla reception fino al personale del ristorante. Piacevole anche la zona spa, con una zona dove possono accedere anche i bambini. Una vacanza molto piacevole, molto consigliato, anche se forse ai primi di ottobre la temperatura era già abbastanza fresca ed in parte piovosa.

Me ha decepcionado en esta fecha. Aunque nunca han tenido un buffet 10 puntos, esta ultima vez , la bolleria por ejemplo todo para tirar. Los churros frios y aceitosos. Los embutidos, por ejemplo el pavo el mas barato que existe. El buffet mal organizado para tanta gente en octubre, parecia la promo del jubilado, la señora de la parrilla, por favor ponerla en otra zona, porque para que queme la carne directamente en llamas, una pena ese desperdicio ya que la carne no era mala pero la estropea en la barbacoa. Los postres también son malos. Si optas por fruta, esta regular tambien para un 5 estrellas. Acepto todo esto para un 3 o 4 estrellas pero no para un 5. El cafe malo como siempre. La atención genial de los mas antiguos, porque los nuevos pocas ganas ya en estas fechas. Un 10 a los cocketes del bar que esta en la piscina. Pero prefiero ir al melia GLque cuidan mas los detalles. La relación calidad precio no es acorde.

Llevo muchos años, desde sus comienzos, alejándome en el hotel, hace 2 años me alojé por mi 20 aniversario como cada año, y fue una mala experiencia y me sentí mal por ello, pues no entendía la situación sobre todo por ser un cliente continuo habiendo llevado a muchos amigos y conocidos a el, por ello año pasado decidimos ir a otro hotel, pero este año que ria darle una oportunidad y después de contar mi mala experiencia en el hotel, la verdad es que este año ha sido un placer el trato, habitación y detalles obtenidos por parte de dicho hotel. A resaltar los compañeros del SPA Toñi, Ania ect.
