Very correct. Buffet breakfast Fair but correct. Attentive on the part of the staff. Some night noises. For those who go to town, perfect, for those who go to NOVO, it is a pain to go by car several times

Mi experiencia ha sido nefasta, estoy alojado en el hotel, la habitación no muy limpia, solo te dejan la ropa de baño limpia. la camarera no es nada amable no se como pueden tener personas así trabajando de cara al publico. Creo que se llama María Jesús porque pase por recepción y estaba allí y escuche su nombre. Solo decir que contraten gente que tengan ganas de trabajar que hay mucha gente en el paro.

Hotel decente en pleno Chiclana. Estaba limpio. No había lujos, pues es de 3 estrellas pero no está mal. Disponen de parking subterráneo. El desayuno era bastante decente. Había de todo. Lo peor, la situación para llegar en coche. Por lo demás, bien, aunque tienes que coger bus o coche para desplazarte, pues queda retirado de la playa, por ejemplo.

El hotel en si esta muy bien, la habitación doble con vistas al río muy bonita la pega es la plaga de hormigas que había, el colchon algo duro pero se duerme bien. La comida es muy regulera no está mala pero tampoco buenísima. El personal encantador.

Hotel céntrico en Chiclana. Las habitaciones muy limpias y las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y profesionales. Siempre dispuestas a ayudarte para cualquier tipo de información que necesites. El desayuno también estaba bien. Muy recomendable. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Chiclana.

Room had a weird smell upon entering. Cleaniliness was fine but facilities extremely outdated. Staff at reception were friendly and cot was provided for baby when asked though state of it was quite old. Breakfast options were poor and not very allergen conscious. Lack of alternative milks for example and I have a dairy allergy. Stayed on a Saturday and it was extremely noisy in the room. During the day, we could hear the music from a nearby Feria del Atun so loud that some of objects in the room would tremor and could feel the base of the music. In the evening, the bars just outside hotel were busy and could hear people talking very loudly until past 1am. It was also very bright in the room, making sleep difficult which is super inconvenient when travelling with a baby. Stayed as a 2-night voucher experience from Wonderbox and left after 1 night as was really not impressed.
