Security is superb. Had the Junior suite traveling with my husband and daughter. love the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms especially with a teenager. The best part was our Balcony where my husband and I enjoy a cup coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening while viewing the city. Definitely will go back and make this my hotel of choice when visiting Chicago

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was fantastic, very spacious, very quiet, very clean with a magnificent view of the city. We enjoyed the swimming pool. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The Grand Avenue Level is a great place to discover Chicago.

Amazing Hotel! View and room were perfect! Pool and all the amenities were amazing and the staff was friendly! I came for a 2night stay with friends for my birthday and we really enjoyed it. plenty of restaurants and dispensaries in walking distance and grocery stores if you just want to make food in your suite! I will DEFINITELY book again!

I recently stayed at Level Chicago - River North, and overall, my experience was quite positive with its great amenities and convenient location making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. However, I was unpleasantly surprised by an unexpected deposit charge of $200 per night, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Other platforms indicated a $200 deposit per stay, leading to confusion and frustration. When I raised this issue with the front desk employee, she seemed unconcerned and annoyed, which detracted from the otherwise high standards of service. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall quality but advise future guests to clarify the deposit policy in advance.

Zero complaints or issues. Loved our suite and the staff was great. The neighborhood was safe and had ample parking...both street and garages. You are in the city but just far enough away from the craziness and congestion to be enjoyable. A quick $5-10 Uber ride will take you most places. Plus there is a Lou Malnati's and an Al's Beef just a couple blocks away. Will definitely stay here again when in Chicago.

Fantastic stay! This will be the location we stay at from now on every time we visit Chicago. The location is fantastic and the price was better than other downtown hotels. And, you stay in a modern apartment with a balcony and great amenities! The cityscape view through the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. Do yourself a favor and take a look at this property! Short walk to Grand & State Red Line station. We took the train to Wrigley for the games we attended, and also downtown for sightseeing. The Magnificent Mile is a short walk from Level. There is a super duper McDonalds just a few blocks away. Subway sandwich shop is just a few blocks. Target, ALDI, and Whole Foods all in the neighborhood. The property is super clean, and has great amenities. The weight room is super clean and the dumb bells are all clean and organized. Wipes available for all equipment, cubbies available to hold your stuff, and plenty of space between all equipment. Peloton bicycles available, sauna, etc. All on a dedicated 6th floor amenities level. To my fellow baby boomers; let the youngsters that are residing here help you navigate the elevators, doors, parking, etc. It's modern and sleek, but the FAQ provided by the property will also help you out.

My Wife and I made a reservation to stay at Level Chicago River North. Reservation was made on Jan 12, 2024, for a stay on April 17-20, 2024, requiring a deposit of $1010.11, which was paid with AMEX. The reservation was cancellable up to one week before. Unfortunately we had to cancel, and did so on Feb 18, 2024. One week later, we had not recieved the refund to the credit card. I contacted Level, and was connected with a woman named Bronte Oliver, who informed me via email, that it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund. As of March 5, 2024, which is 12 business days after we cancelled, no refund. I am aware that Level Hotels does not need my money! This is a serious failure of customer service, forcing me to dispute the charge with AMEX. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!! David Seltzer, M.D.

Bed sheets and pillows are just like new. Kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware and dinner plates. You feel just like home to cook your own meal. there two TV, one in the living room and other one in bedroom,

Front desk was awesome. I didn’t have washcloths the 1st night and they bought some up. Never saw housekeeping and that was the only wash clothes we got for 3 days. The couch and rug needs replacing asap!! Huge spider web between chair and lamp that would not have been missed with a deep cleaning.
