First time at this hotel and last. Stayed from Thursday till Friday of the next week. Got to the hotel around 9pm and checked in. That is where my good experience ends. First of all, to get into the hotel you have to use the revolving door, which is hard when you have luggage. Went to the room and it was tiny and laid out awkwardly. The sink to wash up is outside the bathroom, which to me is very unsanitary. You use the bathroom and have to touch the knob to get out and wash your hands. The bathroom was so tiny that you need to back up-to the shower/tub to close it. They only clean the rooms on Tuesdays and Thursday. And it looks like it, because the rug doesn't look too clean. I ran out of towels and requested some before I left to explore Chicago. When I got back around midnight , no clean towels where provided. Call the front desk to complain and they said if I still needed them. I said no, I enjoy drying myself with dirty towels after a clean shower. I notice one the lamp had a hole in the shade. Then I went to reheat some dinner in the microwave and it had some flame mark inside of it, as if it was previously on fire. I told the front desk about it and they replaced the microwave but not the lamp shade. The parking lot for the cars are shared with outback restaurant guests. Because of this I had to park way in the back near dumpster. There was garbage and dirty diapers on the parking lot floor and it stunk. What a good experience for 30 dollars a night for parking. I will never again stay at this hotel. It felt like a 2 star hotel at best.
