We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!

The size of the room is relatively big for a usual room in Chicago downtown. But the room cleaning service can only be ordered every 2nd day at the counter as well as complementary water will only be given if you ask at the counter, too.
What I like every morning, is to take away free coffee w milk for the way on the way out from the hotel for meetings;)

I went on a business trip,
This is a good value hotel in the middle of the city.
The location is so good,
The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable,
It’s not too dirty and it’s just right!
