這次住發現酒店多了很多驚喜，進店給我倒了一杯熱茶，前台還提供免費百包箱，裏面有好多東西，給我出行提供了很多便利，早上9點前出門還贈送我一份早安點心，簡直太棒啦！

空調壞了，都凍感冒了，後面阿姨來看，重新開，開了半個多小時又壞了，這次體驗不好，前台説為什麼剛開始不説，好跟我換個房間，我想説的是空調是不是好壞這不是一個客人該注意的，應該是酒店該注意的，發現的時候是早上五點鐘，七八點跟前台溝通的，一大早在換房間意義在哪裡？人已經凍感冒了在換也沒必要了吧？
