Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Chiavari. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Er eignet sich sehr gut für eine Erfrischung nach dem Standbesuch, da er bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Auto kann gegen eine Gebühr in der Hoteleignen Tiefgarage geparkt werden.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. The deluxe rooms are great. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast options cater for everyone. Loved the pool and bar area to relax in. The location is very good with easy walking to restaurants and the train station (the train is a great way to visit the area).

Alles hat wunderbar gepasst. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sei es an der Rezeption oder im Service. Das Essen war zudem jeden Tag sehr gut und jeden Tag abwechslungsreich. Frühstücksbüfett sehr vielfältig. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

It is a beautiful hotel with great service. They helped us find a guide to take us to mountain villages. Since it is the the old city, there are many interesting shops and restaurants. If you are tired, the hotel also has a restaurant next to the pool.

Very nice place, location and services. Many little acxessories in the room and for the pool.The best part is the amazing staff. Every single employee from the reception's manager Massimo and his more than ttentive and accommodating colleagues, the dining area's manager Luca and his courteous staff. As well as the maids, maintenance workers and shuttle driver all whom have gone above and beyond courtesy and professionalism. The food quality and presentation is wonderful and the dinner "mezza pensione" offer at booking is an amazing deal. Will definitely be back. Bravissimi, che dire. Mille grazie di tutte le vostre premure nei miei riguardi e le mie esigenze. Mai avuto questo tipo di servizio in nessun'altro hotel e ho viaggiato spesso. Veramente gradito. Ritornerò. 💜

The Monte Rossa is awesome.It is well staffed with people that can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Francesca at the front desk is fantastic. They even new we had an early flight and told us to get downstairs early and they'd provide some breakfast snacks and coffee. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere.
