The bad smell in the room is the substance in the cigarette. If you enter the room, it will smell all night. The only solution is to clean it up. I would like to praise the receptionist, but what needs to be fixed is the hotel's system that is not responsible. They refused to refund the damages. We had to ask for compensation. The first time I contacted them, they claimed that there was no smell of cigarettes. This is a very funny answer. If you open a room for people to cancel for fun, I would not support it at all. It is a waste of money and time. Plus, I feel bad that they are not responsible for what happened. It would be nicer to show remorse and accept what happened. It is better to let the customer inhale cigarette smoke all night. It is very bad.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean. The staff is very good. The breakfast is delicious. I booked a deluxe room and got room 201. The headboard has a sheer curtain (you can't see in from outside). In the morning, the sun shines through. 🥹
