You stay in this hotel in order to go to their church, but some halls are more likely to be full. If you need to go to church, it is best to get the timetable and make a reservation from the hotel before arriving. The staff at the reception are helpful and friendly. The room equipment is new and very hygienic. Since the room did not have a special view, there was no balcony. The hotel felt very relaxing, except that the swimming pool was thinner than expected. It's very convenient to go to Niman District by car, it takes more than 10 minutes. There are already 7-11 and Michelin recommended restaurants in about 3 to 5 minutes.

It was my first time staying at the Aleenta brand. The location was very good and helped us avoid the floods in Chiang Mai perfectly. The hotel front desk was very good and helped us upgrade to a loft villa room for free.

The service is superb. Every service staff is very patient. When we encountered the night market road closure and couldn't go back to the hotel, they walked over to help us drive the car back. The hotel is also very clean and the breakfast tastes good.

The hotel has a high level of service, friendly and professional staff, the location is more secluded, the transportation is not too convenient, the choice of breakfast is less, the biggest problem is that the TV is broken and can not be repaired immediately the only minor drawback, overall I would choose this hotel again , because the pool environment is really too comfortable,  can stay all day.
